Question:	Does the water stay cold all summer
Answer:	As long as you manage the water in the pool well, and not introduce cold fresh water, the water will slowly come up to ambient temperature. However, I wasn't that patient, so I bought two 1.5-meter black rubber mats from the hardware store, and put them at the bottom of the pool. I'll spare you the Joule's/BTU math, but that works out to an increase of about 1.5 degrees Fahrenheit per hour in the direct/indirect sunlight. Combining both filtered treed water with the black mats, I regularly hit 85 degrees (F) by around 2pm every sunny day. Important to know: this is in the city of Chicago, not someplace hot like Arizona.
Question:	How do y’all clean the pool with no pump? I used shock and it made holes in the bottom
Answer:	You need a pump to filter and keep the water flowing. Chemicals are good but can degrade the pool materials.

Answer:	Intex Krystal Clear Cartridge Filter Pump for Above Ground Pools, 1000 GPH Pump Flow Rate, 110-120V with GFCI. I bought it on amazon. Works great. I recommend buying chlorine tablets as well like one after ppl finish swimming

Answer:	26 and our city requires a permit and a fence over 24 so we cut the pvc pipe to meet the requirements. The pool and cover are decent quality but the plastic tubes that go to the pump and mat you can purchase for underneath the pool are garbage

Question:	Ive never owned anything but small, blow up or plastic pools. How exactly does the pump work? Does it have to be plugged in? Does it need filters
Answer:	Hi Natalie. Tim DePuy, CEO of SmarterLife Products, the manufacturer of the PRO MAX Series Exercise Ball. The initial inflation can be a bit more challenging. This is because we use an extra thick type of PVC for the ball wall material. This contributes to its extremely high anti-burst rating, but can also give a little more resistance when inflating it for the first time. The best thing to do at this point is to let it sit for 24 hours (so it stretches) and then resume inflating the ball the following day. Also, let's determine its current inflation level. Using a household measuring tape (not the black one included in the box), measure the height of the ball as it is currently. Measure from the floor to the top of the ball at its highest point. For the 55cm ball, this measurement should be 21 1/2", the 65cm ball will be 25 1/2" and the 75cm ball measures 29 1/2". If your ball is not the appropriate height, then the ball is under inflated. To inflate it to its proper level, after waiting 24 hours to let it stretch out, remove the ball plug with the plug removal tool we included in the box (put your thumb over the hole as quickly as you can to keep air from escaping). Then, wrap the measuring tape (the black one included in our box) around the "equator" of the ball lining up the holes on each end of the tape with the inflation hole and quickly insert the hand pump through the tape holes and into the inflation hole. Pump until there is no more slack in the tape. It is important that there be no slack in the tape. The ball will not burst. It's designed not to. Trust me. Trust the tape. After you're done, send us a note letting us know how you did.
