Question:	Why does my sauna’s temp drop after 20 minutes of sitting in it no matter what it starts to go down? Is it broke
Answer:	Let me help you all—just dońt tell serene life. The temperature is auto regulated via a thermostat. The temperature sensor, however, is placed directly by the heating element which means, as you know, that the internal temperature never really reaches the desired setting and drops of rapidly when the heater shuts off. What I did was move the temperature sensor away from the heating element and that not only voided my warranted but it fixed the problem and made my sauna actually work as desired. Yay!
Question:	Does anyone perhaps sit on the floor so that your head is in the sauna as well? I'm thinking about improving my skin on my face. Not just sweating
Answer:	I have, but it was uncomfortable for me. Thats just me. I put a towel over my head and it works pretty good. I would be nice if SereneLife would come up with a lay down version.

Answer:	This is a wonderful portable sauna it has heat panels on both sides and in the back. It heats up quickly, stays hot for the full 30 minutes and the outer fabric is very touch. It has a wooden pole that you pull across the front once your inside to keep the sides and front from falling in on you. I use it every other day and I've had no problems with it; no weird smells, no folding in and no zipper burns (they do get warm). This portable sauna works as well as the built in one at my gym or better if you count the absence of nude gym members;D lol.

Answer:	I do it everyday or just about every other day. You can loose about 10 pounds in a month, but it varies with the individual. Infrared sauna heat penetrates directly to the source of your pain. I work just about all day and sometimes my feet/back hurt so sitting in this for 30 mins really does do wonders. I would recommend preheating for 5 mins before you decide to sit in for 30 mins.
Question:	What is actual EMF for this model
Answer:	So I have an EMF reader and tested this sauna and I can tell you it is much lower EMF then other portable saunas - which I also ordered and returned. This one I kept. The previous model the EMF were to high for my meter to read - even in the center of the unit. In this unit, the EMFs are low in the center, but they do get higher as you get closer to the panels. If you are right next to the panels (within 2-3 inches) they are still quite high. They do have a larger unit which would allow you to be further away from the sides.

Answer:	Hello,I purchased two of these for my PacFab (now Pentair) skimmers, and they work perfectly... The measurement across the top is exactly 8 1/4" if measured end to end above the handle, however if measured across the handle it is exactly 8 1/8". So it would seem to be slightly egged due to the pressure the handle puts on it. I had never even noticed until taking these measurements for you. The other specs seem exactly as the oem pacfab basket's are. The basket is not really flexible at the reinforced top, but is somewhat bendable on the sides. I would call it heavy duty... As I remember things, it seems to be just about what my pool came with but that was 24 years ago. By the way, that OEM spec for the top rim from Pentair is 8 5/16" but I am willing to bet it is somewhat egged too. The handle is very strong, so it pushes on the basket slightly. Answer:	Glad you asked! I actually purchased a Gaussmeter to find out. I used a TriField model 100XE meter (available here on Amazon) and found the following. EMF: interior and above (where your head would come out) ranged between 5 - 15 milligauss. Same outside, except on the round power distributor thingie, which actually sometimes pinned the meter at > 100 milligauss--but thanks to the inverse square law (or something), as I said, 5 - 15 milligauss where your head goes. This is not as low as the Swedish standard, but by comparison, it's 15 - 20 milligauss at my computer, and 10-15 milligauss by my refrigerator. In fact, I was stunned that my whole house is 5-15 milligauss. In the sauna, it was only occasionally higher than 5-7 milligauss, so I'm probably better off sitting in the sauna than casually lounging around my house. For ELF, I never got higher than 40 volts/meter. So, I think this sauna is the real deal. I was worried b/c it's from China, but now I'm comfortable with it. Answer:	It is solely infrared sauna, there is no need steamer.
Question:	How Can it be washed
Answer:	To clean, just dry any water from the foam in the Sauna box after using it. Open the zipper to ventilate and wait until the heat has dissipated. Use a clean damp cloth to wipe and then fold. No need to wash. You may also wash the "sauna clothes"if you wanted. The "sauna clothes" or you can call it sauna cover is removable.

Answer:	I love this sauna and use it for detoxing. Detox is an important part of weight loss, however, I'm not sure that I'd say the sauna alone can be the one-and-only weight loss tool. You definitely sweat, which is so great for your skin, pores, and overall health.
Question:	Do you have to put the foam pad inside the tent sauna
Answer:	I believe you’re referring to what serves as the floor of the sauna. You’ll definitely want to put that in. It catches the sweat so you can mop it up easily.
Question:	how hot does it get
Answer:	My wife and I both set it on 140 for 30 minutes and come out dripping, sometimes more and sometimes a bit less but sweat pours out of every part of the body. I am sure on 150 it would start sooner and maybe too hot for us. It takes a few minutes for the heat to build and the heaters do cycle on and off it seems to me. But I have yet to see a time when I didn't get really hot as time went by. Expecting it to be like a volcano vent and drench you with almost unbearable heat instantly is not going to be realized.

Question:	Do you have to put the foam pad inside the tent sauna
Answer:	Depends on what you're using the booster pump for. If you're using a booster pump to drive a suction-side sweeper, this pump has more than enough power for that. I'm using a Kreepy Krauly, and it works fine at a lower speed (around 2700 RPM). The highest speed I use it at is 3400 RPM, and that's still not the highest (not sure what the max is -- can't find the manual). My pool is 14' x 40' x 6'.

Answer:	Exactly from the warranty document: Two (2) Year Warranty (Heaters, IntelliFlo P/N 011018 and IntelliPro® P/N P6E6VS4H-209L Variable Speed Pumps): Pentair warrants these productsto be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of installation on a single product if installed by aqualified installer. Products must be registered within sixty (60) days of installation at www.pentairpool.com/pool-owner/warranty.
Question:	Can it be used on carpet
Answer:	Yes definitely. What's nice is that you can vary the speed of the pump (and set that in the programming) for the perfect gpm to make the pop-ups work most efficiently. Most floor systems (i.e. Caretaker) only require 12-15 psi on the gauge to work correctly. Don't use too much pressure on the floor system. Consult the owners manual for correct/optimum pressure. Another big plus is that the floor system on needs to work for a couple hours (unless your pool is a leaf pit! lol). So you can run the higher speed for the floor system for say 2 hours then set another program for say 8 hours at a very low (and energy saving) speed of roughly 1000rpm (better than 3450 rpm on standard motors!). User Manual

1. To open the Sauna Box, put the Pe-foam on the bottom and lay the folding chair in the housing. Build the Sauna Box inside the wall to keep it standing.
2. Plug the power cord into the power socket.
3. Using the Hand-held controller to set up the time and tempreture.

1. It is suggested that pre-heat the Sauna Box and the foot pad for five minutes. Use of the footpad depends on individual preference.
2. Dry the water after using, open the zipper to ventilate, pack and store after heat has dissipated.
3. When all the time and temp has been set up, a suggestion is to drink a cup of 300-500 cc's of water. Then sit in the Sauna, unplug and pull out the power cord.
