Answer:	My wife and I both set it on 140 for 30 minutes and come out dripping, sometimes more and sometimes a bit less but sweat pours out of every part of the body. I am sure on 150 it would start sooner and maybe too hot for us. It takes a few minutes for the heat to build and the heaters do cycle on and off it seems to me. But I have yet to see a time when I didn't get really hot as time went by. Expecting it to be like a volcano vent and drench you with almost unbearable heat instantly is not going to be realized.

Answer:	The card board covered piece is used to keep the sides spread out. However, the two ends of the card board piece need to be folded in or it won't fit. “TIME” refers to control of using time, you can press “UP” to increase the time of using and “DOWN” to reduce using time, press “UP” or “DOWN” for one time, the time will increase or reduce for five minutes.
