Answer:	Today was my second day with my Remington weed trimmer/mower. Part of today was cutting a swath 3 feet wide and 600 feet long along a frontage and well into a very rough ditch. It was physically demanding for me being an older guy with artificial hips, but the machine handled it with aplomb. When I made mistakes, it would cut into the ground but for the whole workout today, the strings stood up to it with no changes in about 1 hour of usage. Where I use this machine is exceptionally rough and it is far exceeding my expectations. Right now, an hour is about my limit on rough ground.As frank fields says below, it does make a fairly rough cut. However, in my area, lawns are not allowed, so everyone has "xeriscape" or to be more accurate, fields of weeds. For rough stuff, this thing will tear it down. However, it will not look like a golfing green or fairway.

If these things were accomplished - Check that the blade isn't binding. Check that you are holding down the kill switch while pulling the starter rope. The kill switch is on top of the rear handle. This has to be held down or closed while starting or while the engine is running. It is a safety feature.

Question:	This is may be a stupid question - but - how do you introduce the salt to the system? is there a hopper or bin for salt storage
Answer:	The salt is dissolved in the pool water and that's it. U don't need to replace it unless u dump a lot of water out. When the water evaporates, the salt stays. The salt water system converts the salt water into chlorine. Pure awesomeness.
Question:	Is the sand filter pump suppose to run all the time,or does it shut down when the salt water pump shuts off
Answer:	The salt water pump is what pumps the water through the sand filter. So when the pump shuts off the sand filter doesn't run. The pump runs on a timer that can but adjusted. So the pump doesn't run continuously.
Question:	What do you do when the service light comes on
Answer:	The thing to know is Intex went out of business 2years ago there is no support or replacement parts anymore. The warranty is only good for 30 days no exceptions!!!!! I love this pump made my life easier until it didn"t. Bought mine 3 years ago since then i have had to replace the motor 3 times $200.00 a pop now it is no longer available as there are no longer in business. So I guess it's moving on to something else. Mine no longer runs keeps giving me a low salt indicator had the water tested and it does not have low salt. So i am running the filter pump and floating clorine at least that is a option.
Question:	Do you have to add on something else to use salt? The guy at the pool store told me you can't just hook it up and use it
Answer:	Unit has everything needed to connect to pools with 1.5" threaded and 1.25" compression connectors, including in/out flow adapters, T-valves, 1.5/1.25 adapters, 2"x48?" Hoses. Integrated pump/filter/chlorinators/sanitizers are not very common. Most vendors sell separate units to mix and match needs. This is an 'all your eggs in one basket' device, but Intex does sell parts and sub-assemblies if they break. However, if a major part goes out - the pump turbine - then you may find it cheaper to replace the entire unit rather than only the pump - I get about 2-3 seasons out of this unit on an Intex16x48 in Gulf Coast region before the pool rusts. Set pump on pavers to keep fire ants out, a full sized skimmer used weekly, vacuum hose to use monthly, and a QT of shock for when the power goes off without you knowing it - power outage, popped breaker, or failure to re-plug after mowing. Great product, I would not have a pool without it. Highly recommended. Adding stabilizer makes the free Cl last longer, for better sanitizing and possibly allows you to run unit fewer hours each day.

Answer:	The soft stuff? No, it will always leak. Use a rigid adapter first, then go to flex pipe.
Question:	Is this a carbon water filter
Answer:	Assuming you did, but make sure the unit is “set” on the board for cell Type your using. I think the default is T9 cell. I had to adjust mine once installed per directions.
Question:	Is there a media replacement kit available or do you have to replace the entire unit

Question:	Will this eliminate the sulfur smell from A Well
Answer:	It does need a flow switch. Mine came with a flow switch. Just make sure that you are ordering the controller and salt generator. You can purchase them separately which does not include the flow switch.

Question:	Are hoses included
Answer:	It came with what you see in the picture and was fully operational when I installed it. It was the panel and turbo cell chlorinator.
Question:	What is the size of the hoses
Answer:	This chlorinator plugs into a standard, 110Volt GFCI receptacle. (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) The flow sensor should keep it from coming on when your pump is off.
Question:	Will this work on an intex 15x48? Will i need to buy attachments? This is a pump right

Question:	How will I know how long to runthe each day? Trial and error
Answer:	Install the cell unit in a vertical position preferably on the pressure side of the pump just where the filtered water enters the pool,this way the internal part of the cell will stay full of water and not run dry.However if you mount the cell horizontally,then an air pocket can form during the time the pump is at rest ,and can cause the cell to overheat,therefore a flow control valve needs to be installed just before the the cell (between the cell and the output from the pump) these flow control valves are in fact a large volume check valve and will not let water flow backward away from the cell and will insure the cell stays full of water during pump off time.That said , if all the components in the pump system (pump,filter,cell and associated hosing ) are on a plane and level relative to one another so that during pump shut down water will not 'run down hill or away from the cell then the cell will remain totally full of water even if the cell is mounted horizontally with out a control check valve. My cell is mounted vertically at the pool input port and is about 10 ft from the pump output.The pump and sand filter tank are raised about 8 inches above the ground so that the hosing and all remain full of water even during long periods of pump in activity.
