Question:	what is the difference between the CV 250 and CV
Answer:	I called the company and they recommended this model as I have an 8' by 8' cover which is heavier than the CV 250 is built to handle. The tubes that assist the closing and opening are heavier duty on the CV400. Installation is easy enough by following instructions and reading ahead a bit to know expectations.
Question:	I tried to purchase and you wont ship to Sydney Australia. Can you please advise the dimensions of the box and weight I may organise freight myself
Answer:	I would agree with Billdatum. those dimensions are very close to what I have. It was easy to install. took me about 1 hour. I did purchase larger screws to mount the bracket to my spa, and to utilize more holes as my brackets hung over the edge of my spa, and I was unable to use the last 2 holes on the bracket. There are 2 rows of holes offset, and pre drilled on each side of the bracket ( just a piece of angle iron ). I believe the kit comes with 5 screws to use on each bracket. As I mentioned I bought some about 1/2" longer and 1 size larger and enough to use 7 screws on each side. Worked great. I could fillthe spa with water, and use the brackets I mounted to use as lift points for a crane..

Answer:	They describe the minimum distance on the cover valet website. However, we put our spa 18" from a screened wall, and the cover is 10" from the wall (allows room to get behind the spa). So you can place the spa as close as 10" and have an inch or so from the wall. Hope that helps.

Answer:	My spa is synthetic wood and it works fine. I made a mistake and ordered 2 thinking they were per each and not sold in pairs, so I had 4. I figured the added support would not hurt, so I installed them and they work great.
