Answer:

Remove the spigot, it should unscrew. Replace it with a higher quality spigot that has a wider orifice or clean the old one out. I found the original spigot not up to the quality of the barrel itself. Mold or debris can easily clog it. It is designed to have the perforated top sit under a rain downspout. Rain easily enters the barrel while large twigs/leaves do not. The only thing I have seen is when there is a downpour the water will overwhelm the grated top and some will be lost over the side of the barrel.

Answer:	i am not 100% on the in the swim one I haven't used it in a while BUT most liquid chlorine doesn't raise the levels of CYA. I use liquid chlorine when I have a major green problem. Normally I go to the local hardware and buy 3 cases and dump 8 jugs in and within 24 hours the pool is already clearing up. I've only had to do this twice in the last 14 years and it's bc of excessive rain. Granuals and tablets raise the CYA if you have high CYA the best way to lower is to remove tablets from the pool and to drain a little water and then add fresh water . Hope this helps

Answer:	The cover does best keeping the pool temp from dropping overnight. Partial shade should be fine.

Answer:	The pump can still be run with the cover.

Answer:	I had a kidney shaped pool once, it had a stone in it. I have an Intex 18 ft pool. 18 ft in diameter. So you need to figure it out. I wouldn't recommend the Solar Cover as it works well for about 6 months then falls apart. Obviously the Solar Cover has no sunscreen in it.
Question:	Does this cover allow rain water to pass through or is it solid and repels water
Answer:	This is how I use it. During the sunny hours or when I'm in the pool, I take it off. Remember it's like insulation. Take it off in sun and let the solar energy heat the water. After the sun is gone, cover the pool with this to keep most of your heat gains. Diminishing returns of course, but it works for me.

Answer:	It sits under the of my pool. This cover is excellent quality and I thought the price was very reasonable

Answer:	It comes with a cord that ties around the side of the pool after looping through the pre made holes in cover. We used it this last winter and it stayed on very well. No problems with it.
Question:	Why was the reason this company did not honor the warranty and why do they have an 8 year warranty if it is thin and looks like it only last one year
Answer:	It worked well for me.

Answer:	The cable goes through the gromets and the wench tightens the cable under the top deck. I actually bungie milk jugs filled with water to the gromets. Hope that helps.
