Answer:	I doubt anyone will be able to give you a definitive answer. Different sellers are selling this same cover and all of the reviews are aggregated together. Perhaps some sellers are selling a higher quality version while most sellers are selling one of lower quality. I just know that the one that was delivered to me looked like it was ripped to shreds by Freddy Kruger after just a few months on the pool (during a mild, eastern North Carolina winter I might add).

Answer:	A pillow is unnecessary. I have a 24" pool. I bought the one for the 28' round and it fits great. It lays flat on the water and goes up straight on the sides and down an few feet. I have it installed the way the warranty requires. When it rains water gets on top of the cover and actually holds it in place better. With pillows and jugs of water hanging off the sides you can guarantee your cover will have to be replaced yearly.

Answer:	This won't increase the water temperature. It will stop some evaporation and slow the water cooling. If you want to preserve the water temperature you would do better to look at thermal blankets for pools. They're basically heavy duty bubble wrap and not that expensive. I've used them and had good luck. Try to get a clear one so the sun can get through it to warm the water when it's left on during the day.

Answer:	No, but I'm not certain how you would use ties. We've used solar blankets for almost 30 years but never any ties.
Question:	how much will it raise the temperature of a 16 x
Answer:	Noticeably different I'd say doing it consistently for 5 days or so has raised it at least 10 degrees. I roll it up in the morning and cover it at night. Even at current weather (upper 70's in So Cal), I put the blanket on for couple days during evening time, temperature increased. If you want warmer pool without installing a heater, definitely get it. Just remember to uncover during the day (or at least during time when the filter is running) and cover it before sun down.
Question:	can you cut this pool cover to fit or does it have to stay the length that it comes
Answer:	Yes it can be trimmed to fit your pool. However, you will probably need to replace it within two years because it WILL fall apart and the company does not stand behind the warranty.

We have been very pleased with our leaf cover and it has met our needs quite well...seems to be a good product. It is on the pool now and this is our second year of use...we'll take it off after all (most) of the leaves have fallen. I do recommend this product.

Question:	On an 18 by 38 net, what is the inside dimension of the grommets
Answer:	Yes!! That's what I do. I actually use two. The first one lays across the pool, touched the water. The second I get a size smaller and run a wire from end to end, my pool is forty foot long. I stretch it from front to back and side to side using stakes in the ground around the pool. While the leaves are falling many just blow across as the top net is not touching the water. After all the leaves have falling, usually end of nov I will then mulch up all the leaves in my yard, and then take the top cover off and scoop up and leaves that got under the top cover. I leave my pool open during the winter. I have done this for the last several years and it works great. No need to daily scooping leaves off the cover until they all fall. Works for me. And these covers are pretty good for the price. Small netting too.
Question:	Does it now come with straps to hold water bags
Answer:	The cover probably isn't big enough to cover an empty pool. Suggest getting the liner patched if you're worried about more damage to your walls and floor.
