Answer:	I don't know if it will detect her going in I suspect no, but- it might once she starts splashing and moving in the water- When we put ours in it did not detect the waves created by a gallon jug of water from across the alarm dropped in about a foot above water level (so about 8-9 pounds) (but it did when we did 2 at same time) . The manual also notes that gradual water entry might not be detected. It would also be affected by size of pool and number of alarms. Their customer service is 800-242-7163- they might be able to tell you- or if they have other options

Answer:	There is nothing operationally that would prevent that. But. You need at least 5 inches clearance between the deck and the bottom of the cover.... Not likely. But, it can be picked up easily when you decide to deploy the cover. If the cover is on... I assume you do not need the guard

When the receiver is in SN mode it will accept the transmission of any Pool Patrol transmitter (this is the default setting). The serial number is common to all transmitters. When the receiver is in ID mode it will accept the serial number plus the ID number of the transmission. The ID number is unique to each transmitter.

Murray's edge control is better ....

Answer:	They’re all the same product. The colors represent the different scents. I believe there are two different holds regular and extra. Otherwise, no difference. Only downside is it turns white after a day or two. I like others have recommended using a dark gel, or jam over it. It’s amazing for natural hair to hold it in place.

Answer:	We used Scotch permanent mounting tape on our metal door. It has only been up 4 months, but it is holding up so far. It comes with screws for mounting. I wouldn't think you could use them on a fiber glass door. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It connects through wifi to another transmitter you charge in house. It's really loud regardless. You won't miss the alarm.
Question:	How do I purchase extra turtles to go with the two that came with the alarm
Answer:	it comes with a long tether that can be easily shortened without cutting it, but you could let it float around without it. If it is free floating be sure it is alarming properly. Its alarm sensitivity is also very adjustable. Note: rain will also likely set it off.

Answer:	I believe it will work. Our cats, 10# and 11# both fell in and it went off. Also, my husband forgot it was in and just dangled his feet and it went off. We have been really pleased with it.

Question:	Not to many details provided on amazon...is this alarm simple to turn off when maintaining/ cleaning pool? Also, any indication when battery is dead
Answer:	I'd have to see pictures of the door to be sure I'm offering a good suggestion. But, assuming the doors meet in the middle and slide away from each other into their pockets, my guess is that you would need to either order an additional sensor set from Poolguard or buy two complete alarms and use both sensor sets, one sensor set on each door, but then wire them both to the same alarm module on one side of the door or the other. Or you could put a complete separate alarm on each door but that would be a pain having to hit the button on both each time you go out or in.
Question:	is there an alarm that hooks to ladder
Answer:	The alarm is intended to be installed on the house door as is a requirement for many areas on edteruor door with direct access to the pool. The alarm will sound at the device itself. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Question:	Does this work with an above-ground pool liner? Would the alarm go off at any movement of the liner
Answer:	Perhaps you can ask the company directly. I have not returned this product.

Answer:	Sadly I doubt it would- I believe it had to be like 19-25 pounds to sound the alarm. Can you install a gate? This is scary for you… I wish Good luck with your dog!!

Answer:	The pool alarm is set off by the movement of the water. The tube is suggested to be adjusted to be 10cm (3.9") deep. If the water near the alarm is moved around that depth it will be set off. I would say yes the sucker can set off the alarm when in use. You would need to test with your specific pool to confirm if it is effected.
Question:	I have an odd shaped pool. It is in the shape of a fidget spinner, so will this work on it or is this more for a normal shaped pool
Answer:	This will work on any pool. The Pool Alarm offers sub-surface wave detection so the tube must be immersed 10cm deep. Entry into the pool will be detected by the Pool Alarm’s electronic sensor.
