The foot bath should fit between the ladder, where the "grooves" are. It really does keep a lot of grass out of my pool. Good luck, and remember you can always return it to Amazon if not.

Answer:	This is a very sturdy, rigid (not flexible) container. I've only used it once so far and just filled it about a quarter full....no problems. It could easily be filled most of the way without an issue, although I wouldn't then walk around holding it simply by the rim (common sense). I also wouldn't drop it from any great height as I think the rigidity, while necessary, means it might crack if impacted with enough force. I really enjoyed massaging my feet on the basin bottom nubs and found it extremely comfortable to rest my feet over the molded arch support. I think the quality is great for the features included and the price is the best....I'm super thrifty and this item fit the bill!

Answer:	Yes the top of that is the solar panel. It only runs the motor when in the sun. This will not keep charged and run if there is no sun hitting it.

Answer:	When stored out of the sun, the motor should stop. Take off the fountain pieces and store in the original box if you have it. Else store in a plastic bag.

Answer:	We used a baby bottle brush to clean the algae from underneath the pump. The flow returned to normal and we have had no other problems.

Answer:	This is a woven poly fabric and it will absolutely allow air and water thru and almost 100% prevents weed growth. The only caveat is that you should cut it with a heat knife, relatively inexpensive and will prolong the use of this material for many years. Otherwise, since it is woven it will unravel. I have used it for 2 years with excellent results in my vegetable garden and plan to use it around my home as a permanent weed block covered with wood chips. I also recommend landscaping staples with this product. I learned about this fabric from Herrick Kimble, an excellent gardener, inventor and entrepreneur. Answer:	I have the round 12' w x 30" h pool that came with the 530 gph filter pump that has 1 1/4" hoses and this 1000 gph pump was a direct replacement. No hose adapters were needed. I'm not exactly sure what the model number is of the 530 gph pump but the hoses fit perfectly onto this pump. All I did was plug the inlet/outlet openings in the pool with the plugs that came with the pool and swapped out the pump. Took 5 minutes. I found a lot of the reviews here confusing because some seemed to indicate that hose adapters would be necessary but that turned out not to be the case. I'm pretty happy with this pump. Works waaaay better than the 530 gph.
