Answer: I have no idea how to report problems with shipments. I'd like to know myself. The AMAZON carriers run hot and cold (mostly cold), leaving packages closer to the street than my front door and don't even bother to ring the door bell. Lazy arses.

Answer: No, they run true to sizes listed. These shirts are the absolute best a shirt can be. I love them, and have been wearing them for at least 12 years. I now own at least 30 of them, and they are the only shirt I wear unless my wife says I need something different for some occasion. I have the long sleeve Henley’s for our Wisconsin winters and the short sleeves for our summers. In my opinion they are an 11 out of 10! Enjoy yours!

Answer: Just get the small seam ripper. I removed 6 logos in a few minutes. Would've been faster but one of them was particularly troublesome. A tiny wrinkle of material was sewn into the logo material and had to be very careful not to damage the shirt threads. Answer: No you just fill it with ice. It is a great tub.

Answer: My tub did not sweat a bit. I filled it 1/3 of the way up with ice, added my drinks, then sprinkled a little bit more ice on top. The party lasted for 5 hours and when I removed the bucket from my indoor party, my table beneath was dry. It did not sweat at all!

Question: Won’t it float away
Answer: The cover is outside year-round in the Atlanta area. I got 18 months out of my 1600 series two full summers. When it started to deteriorate it went quickly - cracking, hand sized pieces coming off, etc. I’m ordering another. Temp goes up 7-8 degrees per day and down 3 degrees at night At the start of the season (March-April here). Extends the season by two months on both ends. I got the 20x40, cut it to shape (sort of a kidney shape), and attached it to a roller. The roller is ok, but sags with the 20’ width.
