Answer:	That is the size of my pool and it works fine with an appropriately-sized pump. I use it with zeolite instead of pool filter sand.

Question:	I have a 14000 gallon BestWay pool, will this pool pump fit on my pool
Answer:	It may fit depending on the hoses. I own a 12x30 Summer waves pool with 1.25 inch hose openings and I was able to use this pump. I had to purchase hose adapters and threading tape. And too my surprise it worked. I'm a 37 year old female and I'm not so handy but I put mines together. I found a video on youtube with step by step instructions. Answer:	Nope. The required pounds of sand are in the specs and on the label. It will be at least 200 lbs.
Question:	What is difference between this and de
Answer:	There are two basic differences between a sand filter and a DE filter. First is filtration. A DE filter can filter debris down to 5 microns in size; the sand filter can remove debris down to 40 microns in size. The second difference is required maintenance. For either filter this is usually done every six months or when the pressure gauge reads ten pounds above the pressure reading when it was cleaned. The DE filter most be disassembled and each filter element cleaned. Once cleaned, the elements are inspected for damage. If otherwise okay, the filter is reassembled, the equipment is turned on, and the filter is checked for leaks. After this, DE is introduced to the filter through the skimmer. Then you have to clean the mess the cleaning made. Total time to do: 45 minutes to and hour and a half, depending on the mess. The sand filter is cleaned by running the discharge hose to the sewer cut out, rotating the multiport valve to back flush, and turning the equipment on for a few minutes. The equipment is turned off, the multiport valve is rotated back to filter, and roll up the discharge hose. Total time to do: 10 to 20 minutes, depending on how long the discharge hose is.

Question:	Will this fit my Hayward S220T sand filter
Answer:	if the filter top has an already existing drilled port for the gauge it should fit fine. You might need to add a brass elbow in order to get the dial to positioned correctly . i did that on a few, it placed the gauge in the up right position and the needle of the dial typically was always pointing to around the 20 to 30 numbers. Some of these Haywood filters of the older type only had a plastic dome on top so you had to really careful with that one as the air release valve is on the top . So that will require some additional plumbing like a brass T fitting The dial on one side and the wing nut release on the other. There are so many variants of these Haywood filters it hard to know for sure but this is a standard dial with the numbers correctly displayed on dial and it should fit..
Question:	what medium does it work in? Air, water? Or both
Answer:	It very possibly could work as an air pressure gauge but since it is advertised as a "pool filter pressure gauge" I used it on my pool filter where it measures water pressure.
