Answer:	Jeez. All pool cleaners get jammed every once and a while from debris, leaves, twigs being sucked into the mechanism. If you're going to buy and use your own equipment, you need to learn how to clean out anything it sucked up. With my pine trees, I might have to clean it once a week. To the other people replying--don't blame the product if you don't know how to use it. And yes, if you can't figure out how to clean it, do take it to a pool store. Answer:	I believe, from what they told me, a year but I am not 100%. But I have to warn you, the product does not work. I had to use the hose to pick up the dirt from the bottom of the pool. They are rude, barely answered my emails and it took them 40 days to send me a return label. I suggest you go with a diff brand. Just a suggestion

I honestly don't know, but I can tell you that I always have extra hoses, so I guess I would say that it comes with the "standard amount" of hoses. Answer:	I don’t know; however, I purchased two sets and like them. The hoses are thicker and better quality, than the generic white hoses that I have bought from The Home Depot ($13.99 each). I am currently using 4 out of the 8 hoses that I bought from the online vender. So far the hoses are holding up well. The real test will be when they are exposed to the hot summer sun and my children swimming daily.

Answer:	If you clean it, generally it does not need to be replaced. I found the best way to clean it is put the copper unit into vinegar. Let it stay in for a couple of hours and clean it using the brush. You can purchase an extra unit, not sure of the store, as I have seen it before just look on the internet.

Answer:	I live in Florida. I purchase the unit because of it's low price, for my screened pool and it is for 32000 gals pools. As of today, I am happy with the unit it has cut down my algae problem and purchase of algae preventive products. It appears to be working. However, I have a Nautilus cc Plus pool cleaner and it removes the algae from the walls & bottom of my pool.

Answer:	I would say that the only reason it may not work well for you would be the strength of your pump, otherwise I don't see why not. I have a vinyl inground pool.
Question:	Was in perfect working order for 2 years, now as soon as the suction is attached the movement works, but not sucking . No debris in chambers. Help
Answer:	For me, this one gets caught in a different corner (near the stairs). What really bugs me is that it gets tangled in the hose. I probably have too much hose on it. Other than that, it works exactly like the KK. Good luck.
Question:	My cleaner has stopped working after 2 weeks. Anyone know how to fix it
Answer:	We had to use a hose reducer for the pool connection. But I think this is more a connector problem than the hose size. My previous pool's inline connection accommodated the hose size. I think the inline on this pool might be smaller because no hose fits it. Sorry I couldnt be more help but its a great vacuum.
