Answer:	Janey-Rae, Not to question your ability to find the correct number, but you did give them the number that is preceded by the letters "SN" correct? If you did, and they are still saying that the SN does not exist, then I would contact the seller, and see if they have the original paper work that came with the router. Also, recontact tech support and talk with someone else to see if there is some way of verifying the SN internally off the router. The other concern would be that this is actually not a Netgear router but actually a knock off or fake. Ask tech support what you can look for to ensure that this is truly one of their products, and if it is a fake make sure you contact Amazon and the proper authorities to report the fraud.I bought the same router through Amazon, and have had little to no problems with it, my biggest issues is the signal from my DSL provider. Answer:	I'm not sure precisely what you're asking, but I'm guessing you're inquiring as to whether in the context of mesh networking if it can't see an adjacent node it'll go to the next (as it should in any self-healing mesh). I use my copy of this router as the secondary router in a network where the primary is an ASUS RT-AC88U with primarily 802.3 connections to devices but with a secure wireless 802.11 channel available to things in the house such as smart switches that don't have wired connections. The RT-AC1900P is wired to the primary router on CAT5, but it provides the second wireless access point with the same network name, and the two routers do a good job of sorting out who's who with that mesh topology with wired back haul. At one point the primary (CAT5) connection failed mainly because I was plugging in a computer on one of the wired ports of the RT-AC1900P, and I got my own wires crossed and lost the back haul connection as a result. What I saw from the primary management console on the RT-AC88U when this happened was that the RT-AC1900P, having lost its CAT5 link, switched to the 802.11 network the RT-AC88U was running for the benefit of all the IoT devices (and my laptop and smartphone, which also attach wirelessly). When I saw this and realized my mistake, I swapped around a few RJ-45's on the RT-AC1900 and gave back its 802.3 wired connection. And at that point, it recognized that this was the better of the two links upstream, dropped its 802.11 link, and reconnected itself over the wired back haul. So I'd say it's pretty intelligent about finding alternative upstream links and deciding which is the highest bandwidth one available. Its neighbor upstream (the RT-AC88U) is also pretty smart about recognizing what's downstream and attaching that equipment intelligently. And the ASUS console program for management gives a pretty good look into what's going on. The only caveat I'd add is that full mesh integration is *not* available on the Guest networks for either of these devices, nor does ASUS seem to be in any hurry to support them. For a while I had a few IoT devices and a few Echo and Echo Dot devices I kept sequestered from the main flow of data (and prying eyes) on their own guest network. But when one of them in the very back of the house became consistently unreachable, I realized that "mesh" and "Guest" weren't terms you could use in the same sentence other than to say, "Can't get there from here." A little research online told me the state of affairs with ASUS on that one. And although it's only a firmware patch to fix it, ASUS hasn't made that patch in the nearly two years since the problem was called to their attention. So it's reasonable to assume that they're in no hurry to make it.

Answer:	I doubt anyone will be able to give you a definitive answer. Different sellers are selling this same cover and all of the reviews are aggregated together. Perhaps some sellers are selling a higher quality version while most sellers are selling one of lower quality. I just know that the one that was delivered to me looked like it was ripped to shreds by Freddy Kruger after just a few months on the pool (during a mild, eastern North Carolina winter I might add).

Answer:	A pillow is unnecessary. I have a 24" pool. I bought the one for the 28' round and it fits great. It lays flat on the water and goes up straight on the sides and down an few feet. I have it installed the way the warranty requires. When it rains water gets on top of the cover and actually holds it in place better. With pillows and jugs of water hanging off the sides you can guarantee your cover will have to be replaced yearly.

Question:	We have a 30' round above ground pool with "wedding cake" pool steps. Will the cleaner move around them without getting stuck
Answer:	Jennie, What happens is the Pool Rover will stop when bumps into something and reverse direction. Remember to lock the wheel axle at an angled position so it will continue in a circular pattern. This unit is excellent!! My pool is 18' round above ground and it cleans my pool when it has leaves and debris in about 15-30 minutes. It really is amazing. One tip I have learned about cleaning the bag: if possible, let it dry out a couple days then, empty it out, then rinse it clean in COLD WATER ONLY. Do not use any chemicals or detergents. Good luck. Answer:	This means a relay has gone out inside the power supply, and it will not engage for more than two so three seconds. Do not expect warranty service from Aquatic Distributors out of Mahwah, New Jersey - this is the company Pool Rover has contracted with to fix all of their defective products. I have been waiting for a call regarding my pool rover for 3 months from the fools over at Aquatic Distributors, and have since decided to deal with the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a false advertising claim levied against the manufacturer for contracting with Aquatic Distributors in order to fulfill their legal requirement of a warranty - even though they (Aquatic Distributors) do not have the prerequisite infrastructure to complete repairs. 5 People cannot service 5k machines a year. The first time I called I was on hold 50 minutes, the second time I called I was on hold an hour and 20 minutes, and the third(and final) time I called, I was on hold 2 hours and 10 minutes, just to get someone who was devoid of English - spoke in Ebonics and did not offer me any assistance. I will never purchase another pool rover, or deal with the inebriates over at Aquatic Distributors/Aquatic Degenerates ever again.

Answer:	My husband is frequently on work travel and takes a "real" carry-on luggage (older version of this one: http://amzn.com/B008M6ZCF2) w/this backpack strapped to it as his "personal item." He's never been asked to check-in either on US carriers, and the closest call he had was on an international airline which felt he was somewhat abusing that policy. IOW, he's fairly certain the backpack on its own as a carry-on to totally legit. YMMV if it's completely stuffed however, as it becomes rather thick. US carry-on size policy is 22" x 14" x 9" or 56" x 36" x 23" cm while this backpack's dimensions are: 21" x 14" x 10" or 53 x 35 x 25 cm.
Question:	Are the eyelets four inches apart all the way around
Answer:	It is made of waterproof fabric that can take a spill or light to medium rain and keep items inside however in a heavy rain for prolonged period water will leak through the seams. If you want fully waterproof you'll need to look for a pack made with fully sealed welded seams for probably at least double the price of this pack. I'm not sure if there are any wheeled packs out there made fully waterproof.

• Perfect for cleaning flat bottom floor, It cannot clean steps, cannot do corners. Brush off dirt from steps or corners towards the pool center and this wiget can do the rest of cleaning. Pick the dirt up and trap it inside its built in filter.
