Answer:	It contains zinc oxide, so it does go on very white, and can look streaky at first. I find that it does seem to 'soak in' and the whiteness fades away after a few minutes. I like that it's easy to see if I've missed any spots when first applying. I should note that I am very fair, and this is one of the very few sunscreens that actually works for me!
