Answer:	Since there seems to be no info on whether this spray will damage or kill plants, you might consider spraying the product on another object (a small square of fabric or maybe something decorative?) that can then be placed on top of, or into the dirt (if it is something on a stick or stake) in the plant pot. You do not specify if you are asking about potted plants or in-ground plants, but you could do the same for a plant outdoors. If your needing to protect many plants outside you could try scattering some small river rock or colorful glass stones around the plants and then spray those. Of course, with in-ground plants you will need to respray occasionally. More often if you live where it rains a lot. Hope you find this helpful.. .

Answer:	Since there is not a heating element below the carafe (which is well insulated and keeps coffee hot for hours), there is not really an automatic shutoff. When you push the brew button, it brews and when finished returns to an idle state. Our last coffee pot kept heating for a couple hours and then automatically turned off, but the coffee tasted burned after a while. The insulated carafe is so much better, and doesn't burn the coffee.

I find none of these sprays to be effective however I am back to using no go spray on my from Petsmart which seems to help keeping animals away outdoors and indoors better than any spray made specifically for outdoor use. Answer:	Not sure that would work because it appears to be the pet's weight that triggers it, since as soon as they step on it the alarm sounds. Just scratching probably wouldn't be enough to trigger. As I think about it, however, you could place it on the floor beneath the end of the sofa so that the cat had to step on it to get to the scratching point. Answer:	If you go inside the back of the unit there are controls back there. Look at the dial knob which lists all kinds of animals you can set the unit for. The first one that reads " Rodents/Bats" would be the one to use for birds. I am not having a bird problem but a squirrel problem and this yard shield does a nice job of keeping the squirrels away during the Summer months. Good luck with your problem.

Answer:	Suppose you can. I don’t use it that way I spray it on my dogs body making sure not to get in her mouth, nose, eyes or ears. I usually pick the poop up and discard. Pee I don’t mess with unless it’s on concrete patio then I just wash it off. Normally leaves a stain though which I take other measures to remove. Hope this helps.

Answer:	my opinion is: for dog's usually a lot mild than human being's OFF. My dog even got bit after use too. Just better than before use only. I'm allergic to mosquito and bees, those OFF not work for me properly too. But I wear an XL white colored man's shirt, and spray all over it each time before I go out. I also bought a Bugwear Jacket and Mitts from LL Bean.com Spray too much directly on skin seems not too good. Try this from LL Bean, think you and your wife will love it.

Answer:	4-6 hours is what I have found. Depending on how active the dogs are. I have two boxers and if I am outside and they are running around and playing with each other. I just keep and eye on them and watch for flies to land. I have never had to reapply a second time. I love, love this stuff. With a boxer you can definitely see if they have been bitten by a fly, mosquito or another insect as the hair will stand up at the spot of bite. They do very, very well with this product.

Carpets & Upholstery

Cat urine in carpets and other porous surfaces is a significant problem primarily because it can go undetected for a long time. The urine itself has very little odor but once it starts to decay it becomes a problem. The first stage of decay produces amines (ammonia) which are unpleasant while the second stage of decay produces mercaptans which are the real problem. With a carpet this can mean the urine has soaked through the carpet to the floor or deeply into your favorite sofa. In spite of product and carpet cleaner claims this odor cannot be eliminated with detergents or by spraying the surface as the product will not go down as deep as the urine.

The solution is Thornell’s Cat Odor-Off. Cat Odor-Off will eliminate odors regardless of how long it’s been or even after all sorts of other remedies have been tried. Pour Cat Odor-Off on, making certain that you have covered the soiled area completely, soaking through the carpet or sofa reaching the odor source. Let it dry. That’s it.

Litter Box Odor

The basic odor control for litter boxes is to strain frequently for solid matter and change the litter often enough so the ammonia from the decaying urine doesn’t become a problem. Actually if the urine is left long enough it will go into a second stage of decay and a mercaptan odor will be produced which is very objectionable. Once the litter is changed use Cat Odor-Off or AOE to clean the empty tray or around the area where the tray sits if your pet missed where they aimed. Let dry. The odor will be gone.

Tomcat Spray Odor

Tomcat Spray Odor is a serious problem because it contains odorous materials in addition to urine. Wash off any odorous material that is visible. Using Cat Odor-Off spray the area several times until the odor is controlled or eliminated. Spray the surface until it becomes just wet enough so that the odor control product starts to run down. Let dry and repeat the process as needed.

Concentrate

Remove cap from the small, graduated part of the bottle. Squeeze large part of bottle, with cap on, forcing Cat Odor-Off into the measurement chamber.

Dilute ½ oz. of Cat Odor-Off Concentrate to 16 oz. of water in a spray or pour-on applicator.

Spray or pour on the source of the odor. If on carpet saturate to reach the odor source. Work in thoroughly if possible. Allow to dry. If odor persists after Cat Odor-Off has dried, the source of the odor has not been reached. Continue to reapply as necessary.

May be applied directly to the animal, on cages, fabrics, carpets and any place a problem odor exists. Very effective when applied to the surface of litter boxes.

Soaker

The soaker is preferred versus the spray bottle for use on carpet or upholstery. Spraying doesn't reach the odor source as there is not enough product applied to reach the source of the odor below the carpet or upholstery.

Pull up on the applicator cap, point the bottle at the problem area and squeeze. If on carpet saturate to reach the odor source. Work in thoroughly if possible. Allow to dry. If odor persists after Cat Odor-Off has dried, the source of the odor has not been reached. Continue to reapply as necessary.

Answer:	That's what I bought it for, and I stood about 5 feet away from them where they couldn't see me. I could tell they were setting it off because of the flashing light, and I could hear it clicking. It didn't even phase them. I tried all the frequencies. Don't waste your money. You'll have better success running at them and saying BOO!

Answer:	So far it's working. Two stray dogs were near when I put it outside and they were noticeably affected by it. Haven seen any stray cats around here in two weeks.

Answer:	It doesn't have an expiration date on it. I bought many (16 maybe) cans over a year ago and it still works great. I'm in TN and I'm tasty bait for mosquito and chiggers and other flying bugs. It is the only thing that works for me. I wish it also had version that contained sun screen!

Answer:	It is not intentionally scented. It has a bug spray smell, but it’s not offensive or too potent. If you’re sensitive to smells it definitely has one, but the spray is effective.
