Answer:	In NC I cannot say, but in Central America, when always is high mosquito times I can say with property: IT WORKS !!!!!. I spent two weeks and it worked wonders, even the aroma is really good. I strongly recommend it.

Answer:	This does not work well to repel ticks. I just came back from a week in rural PA and used several sprays before going out and found 3 wood ticks on 3 separate days on me. Maybe this works well for mosquitos, but I can not recommend it as a tick repellant.

Answer:	I have searched spray bottle and find no exp date. It does not come in a box, alone. Tho I try to use in order of purchase, I have had some for quite a period of time. The products are all natural oils for the most part. My go to product for insect repellant.

Answer:	While we've heard of people happily spraying Nantucket Spider on things, our product is an effective bug repellent specifically designed to be sprayed on people. I would definitely not suggest spraying ANY liquid on a light fixture, as that sounds dangerous.

HOW DO YOU USE IT?

FOR TREATMENT OF ACTIVE PROBLEMS. Treats up to 5,000 square feet. Apply this powerful spray twice within 2-10 days to your outdoor areas (like the lawn and patio) to ensure you’re eliminating whatever pests are present and full pest life cycle. Start at your home and spray top to bottom. Continue onto the lawn, working your way back to the fence line. Walk at a steady pace and use a sweeping motion, slightly overlapping treated areas. Complete coverage is important, especially in shaded areas. Once control is established, the less frequently you’ll need to apply. To ensure you’re fully treating your pest problem, we recommend using in conjunction with the Flea & Tick Control for Pets + Home spray. Pro Tip: For ants, soak mounds and repeat as needed to establish control below ground.

FOR PREVENTION AND MAINTENANCE. Prevents up to 5,000 square feet. For ongoing control, apply as needed. Higher concentrations and year-round use may enhance results.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

THE POWER OF CEDAR OIL. Cedar oil affects octopamine, which is essential to life for pheromone-driven pests (like fleas and ticks) as it is responsible for regulating heart rate and movement in insect pests. Cedar oil blocks the octopamine neurotransmitter receptors in pests, causing pests to be repelled from the area. When contacted, pests suffocate and die. Mammals, birds, fish, amphibians and beneficial, sight-driven insects are not affected by cedar oil because they do not have octopamine neurotransmitters.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN READY-TO-USE AND CONCENTRATE. The Ready-to-Use spray is quick and easy, hooking up directly to a garden hose and is already diluted as the water comes out. The Do-it-Yourself Concentrate is more cost-effective. It must be properly diluted and requires a separate applicator.
