How To Use Instructions

DAY 1: Spread granules over the undamaged lawn first, preventing mole damage in these areas. Also start treating the damaged lawn nearest to the undamaged lawn. This will start the process of moving moles away from your lawn. Water granules for approximately 20 minutes on a light shower setting. Water and Ground Penetrating Technology (GPT) allows the repellent to absorb into the soil more thoroughly.

DAY 2: Continue the movement of moles by spreading the granules away from undamaged lawn and towards the boundaries of your lawn. Spread the granules over the second area; water the same area as Day 1 plus the second area to get moles moving. Each watering allows the granules with GPT to penetrate more deeply.

DAY 3: Spread the granules over the third area. Water the same area as Days 1 and 2 plus the third area.

DAY 4: Spread the granules over the fourth area. Water the same area as Days 1, 2, and 3, plus the fourth area to push the moles out of your yard.

Mole & Gopher Detection

Moles: A clue that you might have a mole problem is your lawn will look like raised, brown, grassless streaks which are created when moles tunnel below. The other thing to look for are "mole hills" which are seen above ground and are created when the mole pushes soil and debris to the surface.

Gophers: Burrowing pocket gophers (Thomomys spp. and Geomys spp.) throw out low, fan shaped mounds on either side of their underground tunnel.

Water it in, it works underground. Gophers don't like it and leave within a day or two.

1. Check to see if pests are active by flattening tunnels and checking to see if tunnels are rebuilt in 24-48 hrs.



2. The new granulated castor oil formula can be applied by hand broadcasting or with a spreader to repel moles, voles, and gophers etc..



3. As a great alternative for gopher repellent ultrasonic devices, once applied to the desired area, water to allow the product to penetrate the soil and release the active ingredient.

Answer:	I don’t think so at all! Might be personal preference though I suppose? To me it just smells slightly sweet and that’s all.

Answer:	If you have normal to greasy hair, yes do have to shampoo it. However, if you have dry ends, you can apply a drop on damp hair ends to seal in the moisture. Also, you can massage it on the scalp and leave it for an hour or more before shower to stimulate hair growth. It is good though to mix it with a carrier oil and add a few drops of essential oil(s).

Answer:	Yes, I use it to make my cold process soap; and appreciate the larger size container!

Answer:	My answer is YES. I mixed 2 parts of castor oil and 1 part of dishwasher soap, everytime I mixed about 12 oz for use, then use the cotton balls dip wet to the solution and insert the cotton balls straight to the active tunnels. All the solution left I add the water for less condense to the spray bottle and hook up the the garden water hose and spray wet all the yard, shrub tree, vegetable. Answer:	I have 4 of these and all are still working after 2 years. You may want to check the batteries and are they getting enough sunlight during the day? Do not seem to be terribly effective unless you use 3 or more within 20 feet of each other, and then for an extended time. One by itself is a waste.
Question:	What would the mix be if i used a pump sprayer instead of a hose
Answer:	I don't know about voles - from my vole population I am guessing it does not work against them. I also does not seem to work well against moles. I have dropped moth balls down vole holes and that seems to help, but I have not seen anything that is totally effective.
Question:	Can this liquid mole max be sprayed on plants growing within my vegetable garden or must it be applied along the outer edges of the planted area
Answer:	I have had better success with Sweeney's brand. Both brands will stop working if they get flooded. It's not easy to remember, and you can't always be home for every storm, but if you pull them up before a big rainfall and snow, they will last long enough that you will feel like you got your money's worth.
