These small units are okay for indoor use, or for screened porches.

If you are one of those people who left good review, supposedly they are supposed to give you 2 years warranty. They are based out of china so I am not sure how true that is but try your luck and email them and they will respond to you over night. And you have to realize each communication takes 2 days since you are in different time zone. They will also ignore your email at times. So good luck. How I know this? I went through this BS with this dishonest seller. So, I tried Katchy brand. They are from China too but their customer service is very responsive

My cat ate through mine - the company replied to my comment saying to get a 5mm cable - however the cable we got apparently isn't enough wattage and basically killed the two seperate functions. Answer:	It is very good at attracting them, but not very good at killing them. It attracts 500, and kills 25. Made my problem worse. I will buy an outdoor and hang it away from the house to draw the moths away. This is also a relatively low voltage unit, doesn't arc them, kinda cooks them slowly. They fly in and out of the unit.

Question:	Is this a 40 w bug zapper
Answer:	The two UV lights which attract the bugs are T8 type 10W each, they are bright enough to shine the whole living room. The actual thing that zaps the bugs once they arrive to the device is a grid or mesh of wires with 2800 Volts, that is very powerful to zap any bug. The system is very good, and I do recommend it. Advice: when you unplug it to replace he UV tube, do not touch the inside grid, it takes time for the high voltage to discharge completely. Wait at least 2 hours as they say in the manual.
Question:	Can this be used outside
Answer:	Until it rains. It would function properly but it's not suited for the elements. I wouldn't, and it specifically says "Indoor..."
Question:	How is the quality of the product? Is it workable for the mosquitoes
Answer:	Yes it works great with mosquitos. Please remember, this is an indoor unit, so putting it outside as major bug zapper isn't what it is designed for. We tried one night and while it worked and killed lots of different bugs (especially mosquitos) it gets a bit overwhelmed and totally filthy with lots of outdoor bugs.
Question:	Could this fly zipper Bug Zapper could be use in Baby room
Answer:	It can be used anywhere indoors. The arc is quite loud and could startle or wake a baby if that is your concern. Make sure children or pets cannot reach it. It is quite effective and keeps my house fly and mosquito free. Unless you keep the baby room door shut just placing it near the room should work as well.
