Answer:	I bought 2. Mine has lasted since the Summer of 2015. One of them had a single bulb working last Summer (2018) but the flies were still just as attracted to it. It's Winter now but I just checked them and all but 1 bulb worked. The bug catcher trays got lost so I use canned pressurized air to blow out the debris (outside, of course) I use them in my garage and shed in the Summer and they work excellently!

Answer:	I think the person was actually referring to the Asian Lady Beetle that have invaded many homes in large numbers. Unlike the true lady bugs that winter outside the Asian Lady Beetle prefers the indoors. Answer:	Just remember to wait at least an hour or two after unplugging before trying to clean the fried bug parts off the inner grid. The grid wires are energized by (I'm guessing) a large capacitor. Dangerous voltage can remain after the unit is unplugged. I noticed this when I went to dump out the dead flies and a fly was zapped by the UNPLUGGED unit. Also remember to use a brush with NON-CONDUCTIVE bristles (not a BBQ or other wire brush).

1.Open the black grid on the wire side: Press the black grid down to the bottom, and pull it out from the top.

2.Take the broken bulb out: Look at the bulb socket, rotate the bulb, when you see the golden bulb plug from the bulb socket gap, you can pull the bulb out.

3.Install the replacement bulb: Push the bulb in and 90 degree rotate the bulb. Take the black grid back, then done.

1.If the bulb does not light up first time, may be it is because that the bulb is loosen during the long-way delivery, please open the black grid and rotate the bulb inside for tight conection.

Answer:	Make sure the bulbs are twisted all the way in.They kinda snap into place as u twist it gently into the pockets they fit into.It takes that last gentle twist to set them all The way in place.If you are sure they are in,return it as defective.I have bought several of these and never had a problem with one.
