Answer:	There is a small internal device that acts as a starter to make the bulbs light up. It sounds like that starter has gone bad. Contact Flowtron and send them the unit for repair.

Answer:	I've been using mine indoors for years because I don't really care about the bugs outside... I don't want them in my house. This model whacks bugs day and night. it doesn't stink... the hum is loud. Death to the flying insect.

Answer:	the UV light attracts a ton of bugs at night but day time not so much. The Octenol makes the thing a bug killing fiend but in day time it is lack luster and probably a waste. Every morning it is 100% covered and clogged from mosquitoes and i have to use my data vac to clean it off. I use the 1 acre and 1.5 acre one and both are 100% covered by morning but during the day they hardly kill anything. They work at night well even without the Octenol but it definitely helps to have it. I have terrible mosquitoes here and mine only kills a few so if you are not flooded with them it probably won't do much for you during the day. I have to go outside with bug spray at noon to keep the mosquitoes off -_-

Question:	How long has the zapper lasted for previous buyers ? Mine only lasted 4 months. It doesnt turn on anymore. What do i do now
Answer:	I bought 2. Mine has lasted since the Summer of 2015. One of them had a single bulb working last Summer (2018) but the flies were still just as attracted to it. It's Winter now but I just checked them and all but 1 bulb worked. The bug catcher trays got lost so I use canned pressurized air to blow out the debris (outside, of course) I use them in my garage and shed in the Summer and they work excellently!

Answer:	I would screen your chimney. But yes it will kill them the unit would have to be close to the opening. Note this makes a loud pop when a bug gets in the gris. NOTE: Bugs fly in front of the grid but does not get in it. I took a piece of furnace duct metal, cut a square init with a 1" flange sticking out the back , mounted a small bathroom exhaust fan to it. I then mounted the fan and metal plate to the back of the unit. the fan now sucks the bugs into the grid. Makes a 300 to 400 % improvement in bug kills. ( I should get a sizable royalty from the manufacturer for tilling them how to improve it.)

Question:	Does it work for bees
Answer:	Hi Kameron, from my experience I'd say yes. For whatever reason, applying pressure below the elbow helped me. My pain was primarily above the elbow and the brace helped. When I golf, I wear it fairly tight and there is little to no pain. I've played up to 36 holes in a day and was able to swing the clubs well. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I apologize but I do not have tape measurer to help you with that, but I am 6'2" and my girlfriend is 5'3" if that helps and it fits us both, we are not weigh lifters average build. Maybe the manufacturer can provide you that detail or if you look under specifications. Thanks.

Answer:	My forearm is about 12” and I measured the brace at about 14” to fasten the veicro, so I doubt it will fit.

Question:	Because the flies/mosquitoes are attracted to the UV light...does it only work at night
Answer:	I bought 2. Mine has lasted since the Summer of 2015. One of them had a single bulb working last Summer (2018) but the flies were still just as attracted to it. It's Winter now but I just checked them and all but 1 bulb worked. The bug catcher trays got lost so I use canned pressurized air to blow out the debris (outside, of course) I use them in my garage and shed in the Summer and they work excellently!
Question:	How this product kill insects
Answer:	I would screen your chimney. But yes it will kill them the unit would have to be close to the opening. Note this makes a loud pop when a bug gets in the gris. NOTE: Bugs fly in front of the grid but does not get in it. I took a piece of furnace duct metal, cut a square init with a 1" flange sticking out the back , mounted a small bathroom exhaust fan to it. I then mounted the fan and metal plate to the back of the unit. the fan now sucks the bugs into the grid. Makes a 300 to 400 % improvement in bug kills. ( I should get a sizable royalty from the manufacturer for tilling them how to improve it.)
