Answer:	70% will be too much for plants - they won't thrive - I'd go with something more like 30-50% unless it's just for the hottest part of the day with plenty of early morning sun before that.

Answer:	I don't know the exact mph #'s, but we had a very severe rain storm a few months ago and it rode it out without any problems. I have to say , mine is not on a pergola or such. I'm using it verticaly as a sun block for my car. I don't have a garage, only a car port and it gets the west sun every afternoon which is especially strong in the summer. So far, so good. Answer:	Maybe you got your pages mixed up because this page is only rectangles and squares. However if you were to buy a triangle that is the same width per side as two rectangles or squares or mix of both you could use the triangle if a right angled one to make the bend. Several ways. You could sew them together or just hang them with an over lap or close enough to eliminate as much gap between them as needed. Of course your triangle would need to be the right shape to accomplish this. But another possiblity is to take a square and make that into a triangled piece by folding it in 2 or cutting and rebinding the raw cut edges. Again sides would need to match up with same sides of the other two pieces making the arm lengths you need into an L shape or right angled. Good luck.

How to Measure

1. Shade sail's measurement should be taken from corner to corner.
2. Approximate how much area you want to shade. Locate 4 mounting points, they can be roof, trees, poles, wall, etc.
3. Take measurement of the 4 mounting points, leave 0.5 ft to 1 ft space for the hardware kits between the shade sail and the mounting points.
4. Install the hardware kits on 4 mounting points.

How to Install

1. If the space between shade sail and hardware kit is more than 1 ft, use cable wires as extension, to connect the shade sail to the hardware kits.
2. Install the shade sail, connect the D-ring to the hardware kits or cable wires.
3. Adjust the turnbuckles to create tension.
