Answer:	I've used it for 2 shows. The handles work fine. It doesn't way much (I don't own a big scale... but am sure it is around 15lbs as described). My only complaint is that is doesn't have a lock function, ie: to lock it in open/upright position to keep it from folding when you are putting it up. The items I show on it are not heavy... but I would anticipate that it could hold some weight on it.

Answer:	The radio has a 3-position slide switch on the side. The positions are OFF / ON / ALERT. You do need to remember to slide it to the OFF position when not using the radio. I find I have on one occasion accidentally turned the radio on when sliding it into my pocket thereby draining the battery. Somehow I had the volume too low to hear that the radio was on.

Simply "Google" the model number (as I did) and you will find sites that contain owner's manual content for this particular model (e.g. "manuallib" dot com).If, for some reason, you are unsuccessful in this attempt, go to the "lacrossetechnology" dot com website and look for NOAA weather radio model "810-163TWR" - it appears to be the newer replacement for this model - you will find a downloadable version of that model's user manual there. I compared both models' manuals, and their functionality appears to be identical. The section "optional professional settings" applies to your question here, as it pertains to advanced S.A.M.E. capability and setting FIPS codes for localized alerts.This and a couple of other La Crosse models have full S.A.M.E. capability, yet for some unfathomable reason the company (and Amazon) never mentions this desirable feature in any of their advertising or product descriptions - as if it was meant to be kept a secret.

Answer:	We live in Florida and it has never blown away. We do put most of our outdoor furniture away when a hurricane is on its way.

Answer:	It's held together with five screws, and it'll take you five screws to make it foldable. It comes flat, about three inches, but no you can't just fold it, and stick it in a corner.

Answer:	I purchased this a few months ago in early spring and have had it out on my deck ever since. I don't cover it when it rains. So far, the paint is holding up nicely and there aren't any signs of rust.

Answer:	It's a small table and yes it is light weight. If you need a weighted, rought iron table, this is not it. This is small, lightweight metal, easy to assemble and I keep it on my patio. It has managed gale winds, thunderstorms and a minor hurricane without falling over perhaps because it's located close to a concrete wall. But if you place it in an open area with nothing to weigh it down, yes, it could possibly tip over in very high winds.

Answer:	The legs are sturdy. I ordered 2. The top on one fits snuggly and the other fits well; but will come off easily if you lift it. They fit my purpose, which was some extra porch and outside end tables for guests.
