Answer:	I removed the spacer and tube is just a hair over 2 inches. If your pole is anything over 2 inches (anything) then I would probably say nope.

It is made in the USA and Lead and cadmium free. It doesn’t say on the plate. But.. I got this when I googled. Sorry that’s the best I can do!
