Answer:	Start off by putting them below the burners that is really the best way to get the smoke flavor on your food, if your looking for less smoke try a smoking tray on top of the grates, (above the burner). One thing to consider is below the burners could wear out your grill faster, but I have been doing it that way for a few years and haven't had any problems. As far a water goes, I don't recommend spraying them down until they catch on fire, and then, a light little spray to knock out the flames, then you will see the best smoke.

Answer:	These are Post Oak Cooking Chunks. There was a glitch in the system and the incorrect images were showing. The glitch has been addressed and the correct images should be showing by the end of the day.

Instructions

Question:	Can these be bolted to the ground for use outside of a business
Answer:	my first one was stolen, it's basically a tin can base, so not easily bolted down. I put 1/8" steel aircraft cable around the neck, tight and clamped with cable clamp, made an eye on the opposite end with another cable clamp and tapcon bolted to concrete wall, the can can be moved in approx. 2' circle and can still be emptied easily. cable is not visible unless You look closely, has worked out fine for the last year or so.
