| Answer: | I used a bit of oil on the contact points and it seemed to help quite a bit. Check tightness periodically as I found the hanging strap mechanism tends to loosen slightly over time. I might add star washers on those areas in the future. |

| Answer: | No .. it’s comfortable w/o a cushion.. and the main reason I went with this particular one because I didn’t want patio furniture with cushions., my patio furniture is exposed to the weather.. very comfy and my son put it together in 30 minutes! ❤️👌 |
