Question:	Just got the chair but seems you have to unfasten back straps everytime to open the chair
Answer:	No. I am sending it back because instantly upon first use I realized it gave inadequate support. I already had the "Helinox Chair One" and it is FAR more supportive and comfortable. When one sits in the Helinox, the seat immediately supports you and allows for comfortable leaning back with back support and allows for comfortable sitting up as when cooking or do similar things. The Sunyear is weirdly designed such that as soon as one sits in it, one keeps sliding further and futher out of the chair w/o the seat giving secure support. One ends up tilted back, requiring one to tilt the head forward. Sitting up to cook, etc., is not secure and comfortable.

Answer:	It’s not as fast or easy to set up. It takes me a bit longer than I wish to set it up. Someone the legs come all the way off or they get stuck. I find my self saying “wait, don't pee yet” a few times. Once set up, it’s pretty secure.

Answer:	I just tested mine and i owned 4 for all my kids. Its a very good quality. Its depend how you keep and used it. Also how long you have it.. Answer:	each cup holder will accommodate a three inch base cup. One without a handle and one with a handle. Each holder has a two inch depth. Hope that helps. Some Yeti's have the contoured base to them.

Answer:	The bag and strap rivets can handle a lot of weight. My issue was the straps. Over time from sweat, dirt, moisture, etc., the straps start to deteriorate. I've had it more than ten years and it's my 'goody bag' now. I keep all the odds and ends in Klein/Milwaukee zipper pouches.

Answer:	It sits up straight, can be used at a table to have a meal. Does have a slight rise at the knees when at an upright position instead of straight knee to butt position. I'm highly impressed with these chairs. Upon sitting, noticed back of legs touch before butt hits it resting place.
