Answer:	Got our bench today; it is not a veneer but a number of solid wood pieces laminated together (like a butcher block cutting board) to form the bench top. Very solid; we plan to enjoy it for many years to come.

Answer:	I love this bench, but have had only a couple of months with a lot of rain, no problem. I would refer to the manufacturer about snow & ice, but personally I would not leave it outside in the winter as I wouldn't with any of my outdoor furniture. But I live in Maine.

Answer:	The bristles seem to hold up pretty well. It's a good idea to check the grates to see if anything stays behind after you scrap it each time you cook. A cheap brush I had before left bristles a lot. Another thing I do is to scrape along the length of the grates instead of across. This way the bristles flick around a lot less. Good luck.

Sorry not to sure I'm understanding the question since I'm not the smartest person. If you are in the US everything needed should have come with the conference phone. Mine included, the phone, rechargeable battery, the base charger, power adapter to plug into base charger to give it power, and the Avaya DECT (dont think I'm missing anything, but if so I received it since everything is working) to connect the conference phone to the phone system so the conference phone would get its own extension. No adapters were needed to get it to work in the US. If you are outside the US you may need to purchase an adapter so you can plug everything into your power outlets. These adapters do not come with the phone, they need to be purchased separately. Sorry if this does not answer you question, but its the best I could do.
