Answer:	The feet are hard plastic that attach to the metal leg that slightly raise the metal leg off the floor. I suppose the table could be dragged across a carpeted floor as long as there is no other weight on the table. How easily would depend on the thickness and texture of the carpet.

Answer:	Its like a hard plastic. It is like the same as the long tables. They are light to handle and a one person table. They are easy to clean and they stay white. We have had 4 of these table for 5 years and use them 5 day a week and no wear, so we got 4 more. You won't be unhappy with them.
