Question:	Can the kits be expanded to accomodate a shed twelve feet by twenty feet
Answer:	I found the metal gussets barely adequate for a 10ft wide shed. And the metal parts to hold the studs were not at all adequate - the side walls wanted to bow once the roof was on, so had to toe nail them also. The gussets at the top of the side walls direct the weight with more of a lateral component then vertical, and the side walls studs do not nail directly into the 2x4 at the top which is at an angle in the gusset there. That angle also makes putting inside walls up a hassle - the metal gussets slant across the top of the inside wall at an angle which is different from the angle of the 2x4's of the roof/ceiling, so you have to cut a notch for the gusset to extend through on the inside wall and the inside ceiling, and then figure a way to cover that metal gusset. If you look carefully at the image you'll see what I mean. If you are not going to have an inside wall or ceiling, not an issue.
Question:	How tall is this at the peak
Answer:	It's about 9' but you can make it any height by cutting the wall 2x4 any length!

Question:	How much should I expect to spend after everything is built? A ball park would help
Answer:	You will spend around $1500. This includes 6” concrete pad, 2x4s, screws & nails, T1-11 siding, roof sheathing, tar paper, 7 packs of shingles and paint. This is approximate for a 10x14 shed. The biggest cost was the siding. Plan on around $500 for that alone. You could go with a less expensive option. But for the longevity of the shed, the T1-11 is the way to go.

Question:	Will it keep the stored contents dry from rain
Answer:	I have mine in my back yard by my garden to keep a few tools and fertilizers in. It is out in the open with no covering. I live in Louisiana so it is very hot and humid so I do get a little moisture/condensation during extreme weather changes but water does not get in it when it rains. I did put small concrete pads under the feet to keep it from sinking into the ground over time but I am very happy with it.

Answer:	A screw gun and a level were what I used. The instructions are terrible. It was like putting together a jigsaw puzzle. Several places really needed closeup diagrams or pictures. I had to zoom in on pictures of the finished product on their advertisements to figure out some of the fixtures. several pieces are really easy to put in upside down or backward and later had to be disassembled to go to the next step. It is pretty but not very sturdy. I had to shore it up to keep it level or the doors will not open or close correctly.

Answer:	Mine has not, temperate, northern California location. There are air vents on the building - they do seem to work well. Ours was not overstuffed and this may have helped also.

The surface must be completely flat. Another person is a must to help you out while building it. the complete unit in the box is quite heavy but as you take the pieces out it is very manageable.

We recommend at least two people are required to assemble a shed of any size – at least one to position parts or panels, and one to handle fasteners and tools. Assembly time depends on a variety of factors, including roof design, tools available, DIY skill and the pace at which you work. Guidelines for each shed assembly are approximate AFTER completion of the base, and assume two or more people working on the assembly.
