Answer:	The flooring has channels that you fasten the walls to. I don’t think this would be very sturdy without the floor panels in place. I suppose you could build an outer frame for the walls to attach and have some stability.

Answer:	We live in Ohio and it get real cold here also. It is durable plastic and seems pretty sturdy when closed up but when opening it up just the top it is flimsy if you open the front doors its really flimsy. We put chairs in ours and so far through a couple of storms they have started dry no water has gottenin. We really thought for the price it would be more sturdy but so far it has work well for us. Aslo not as much room as we thought. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It's reinforced with steel supports so it might. But I wouldn't know for sure since I live in a warm climate.

Answer:	The instructions have steps for bolting the shed to a 4" concrete slab or a wood floor. I did neither and just smoothed out the gravel in my yard and assembled right on top of the gravel. Probably not the most secure option, but I'm hoping with the weight of what's inside that the shed won't move around or blow over in high wind situations.

Answer:	I'm not sure what size cans those are but here are the interior dimensions: Interior width = 49", depth (back to front) = 28.25" and height = 40" at the rear (lowest point). Different brands of 48 gal cans are slightly different in size, but most of them seem to be fine on the width and height with the depth being the iffy figure. The best bet would be to measure your cans (or the cans you want to get) and make sure they'll fit before ordering this bin. Hope this helps.
