Our kit system is constructed with 16 gauge 1-3/8" heavy duty industrial grade galvanized Steel,not to be confused with the 20 or 22 gauge light weight materials often used for making canopies that come with all the parts. Being Galvanized makes them Rust and Corrosion Proof.

You can Weld or Bolt the parts to hold them together if you wish to build a fixed structure. If you plan to dismantle frequently we recommend you use them as is because the fitting hold very snugly to the pipes as long as you use the right pipes; simply use blunt plastic Mallet to tap in the pipes.

Answer:	Not for sure, there is no bracket
Question:	How to anchor into tar
Answer:	When you receive this in the mail you have to screw the pipe into the base and the cap on they are not permanently fitted so what I do is lay my board and then screw the cap on so that the cap actually holds on to it. If you get the 10 inch pipe it should fit.
Question:	I live in the NY area do I require a permit for this type of canopy
Answer:	The 12 inch brackets measure approximately 12.5" from the flange to the tip of the cap. However, your board would have to fit between the flange and the cap and that part measures approximately 11.5". Thanks for your inquiry!

Question:	Would this work to attach to a dock for a boat
Answer:	It would attach to a dock easily. My only concern would be heavy winds. Other than that it would make a nice boat house or dock canopy in my opinion.

Answer:	A descent diesel heater will keep it almost too warm to work in all winter long. When you shut it off the heat won't last but we were out working in it in t-shirts when it was 20 degrees outside

Answer:	Well all though the tent was made well I bolted some of the poles together then I bolted it to my drive way we hade a bad storm come threw 60-to 70 mile hour winds and it got torn apart I hade it about 4 months I called the company about the issue and they sent me a new one they were very good about it. just make sure it is secure when putting it up were from long island and the winds can be pretty rough Good Luck the company does stand by there product. hope this helps.
