Answer:	Charger is a Smart Charger and with it I can now charge my other Worx 20Volt Batteries used on my Worx Pressure Sprayer & Worx Leaf Blower. When batteries are charging green led light flashes on each battery. When fully charged led is solid light.

Answer:	This comes with the mulch attachment already installed. I have never used the bag because this mower mulches finely and unless your grass is extra long you won't see any dried grass that needs to be raked up. I mow my grass once a week and to the lowest setting which is about a little over an inch.

I was unsure about purchasing after using gas-powered for years but, gotta say I really like this mower. Light, cuts clean, charged batteries allow me to do my entire lawn. Great buy!

Answer:	I live in AZ also and my grass is also surrounded by small rocks. My dogs sometimes kick rocks in the grass and I try to remove them before I mow. But the mower is pretty sturdy and mine hasn't been hurt by the small rock. This mower is perfect for a small yard, I love it.
Question:	Is it good for uneven terrain
Answer:	The Amazon suggested cord is 16/3 100 feet. That is completely inadequate for this 13 A mower. I just put the mower together and there is a tag on the handle that says 50 feet and less use 14/3 cord, and 50 to 100 feet use 12/3 cord. I got a 14/3 50' cord and it was not long enough for my front yard. I put a 25' 16/3 cord on the heavier gauge cord to extend it - the grass was long! After using the mower for about 20 min, the 16/3 cord was warm to the touch. The 14/3 was cool. I am now buying an 80' 12/3 cord for my front yard.

Answer:	Did you push down on the key as you pulled the bar down? If you pulled bar without holding key down remove key and start process again.

Answer:	Tall? Thick? Once cut. Maybe 5" of cut growth ... It's not a farm tractor but it's as strong as my last toro 6hp self propelled ... But light and easy to push ..if raised up to handle tall grass it probably would butt I mow weekly and water a lot super green.....low cut. On high raised position I'm guessing it would handle a ton of cutting ,,,I do a tennis court 3 times with full half overlap cuts for a sweet look. And eco use of ease of use I am able to mow more and even talk to people while doing it it's quiet . Good luck !

Answer:	Thank you for your question! If you have a previous boundary wire laid for an older model, you can use that with the WR140 or WR150 models. We do recommend that you go through and check the wire and any splices you may have to make sure everything is still intact and that there are not cuts or blemishes anywhere. This is just to ensure that the boundary wire is in good working condition for the new model! Answer:	According to the Manual, Landroid M’s cutting height can be adjusted between 1.9”- 3.5” at 0.4” steps. Landroid L’s cutting height can be adjusted between 1.6”- 3.9” at 0.4” steps. Landroid L’s blade disc can be assembled in two ways as per the grass height. The original cutting height can be adjusted from 1.6” to 3.1”. When turning over the Blade disc assembly, the cutting height can be adjusted from 2.4” to 3.9” with the blades on the bottom side of the blade disc.
Question:	Do I need to install boundary wire if my yard is completely fenced
Answer:	The mower follows the boundary wire back to the base when it needs to recharge and without the boundary wire it cannot find the base. The wire also emits a signal that tells the machine that it is in the work area and needs to continue working. If that signal is not present, the mower shuts down to conserve power. Answer:	I have used this mower for more than a year, cutting an average of ten lawns per week. One customer in particular has an extended steep drop in the backyard that ends in a very muddy stream. This mower has made the task of cutting this property infinitely easier than it was when I was using a small commercial Scag. it is effortless to walk behind, needs only one hand to steer and climbs the incline even when the grass is wet. I cannot recommend it more highly. Best grand ever spent on a piece of equipment.
