The spool has two key slots to lock the trimmer line in and keep it from unwrapping while putting the cap back on the trimmer head. The T25 holds .065”, .080” or .095” trimmer line and comes pre-wound with 0.095" TitaniumForce trimmer line. (Only on windy days) Oh wait. Or it's becuz u can't cut anything down and just wait until a fire burns down 500,000x More than what u wanted to cut down and creates 1,000,000x more bad emissions. Answer:	For homeowner use, I would probably drain and refill the oil after using it one or two weekends. After that, an oil change each spring should be plenty. If you are running it more than an hour or two each weekend, you might want to change the oil more frequently.

Answer:	I am not sure as I haven't had to use it yet. But often, these tools are used for adjustments or to R&R the head(the part that spins). I have tools so I didn't pay the part too much attention. As to the trimmer itself, it needed be run at half choke for a few outings. It is just now becoming broken-in and the performance is very much improved(oh, probably about 4-5 hours altogether). I don't baby these things and I have a lot of acreage. Keeping in mind the size of this one(128cc), I am, overall, pleased with its performance so far. Good fuel economy too(for a line trimmer). The Titanium string is great. One criticism though and one that should be addressed in the design: The starting pull is placed so close to some vent openings that if you're not aware of the potential and/or not paying attention, when you pull to start you can easily catch the tip of a finger or nail under the lip... and then, Boy Howdy! I bled a couple of times before I figured out what was happening. A better location anyway would be in front - closer to the shaft---much better balance when starting. Answer:	Having exactly the same problem. Bought the unit brand new. The line advance button has never worked. So this is NOT a replacement cartridge problem. I sent a message to Craftsman Support several days ago on their support website - still have no reply. Now I am on hold listening to an endless piano concerto for the past 15 minutes. I'm sure I will be here for a while.

Answer:	I used it with a saw blade and string trimmer. There is what you would expect from a gas powdered tool. It is not an electric. When using the harness its minor. You will get more vibration if the cutter head is out of balance than from the motor.

Answer:	I have not used it yet, but I can tell you this is the elephant in the room. What I am saying is everything with this unit is the next size up. If you check the cc of other whackers you will see it is twice as big. This motor is the same size as a chain saw. I do not know this company, but if this works on my 8ac. I will be a happy puppy. The one item I had a problem with is the directions, they are lame at best. But other than that they give you all the tools you need, OH! it weight is 20LB without gas. I believe it made for hard work...…………….Hope this helps

Question:	how long is the warranty
Answer:	The part of this mower that holds the cutting strings in place failed after q few hours of use. I called the seller and was told that a replacement part was not available due to delays in shipments of this mower and parts from China. The seller was not sure when the part would be available but did quote a price for the part however made no commitment to any further notice of when the part would be available. Without this part machine is useless.
