Question:	Can these be used for cutting light fabrics
Answer:	Yes, I am a designer and I use it to cut fabrics. I was able to cut through 18 layers of cotton yesterday
Question:	Will it cut though plastic laminate
Answer:	It should cut thin laminate. Laminate is quite brittle and can tend to split if not help securely from vibrating. This cutter has a horizontal ledge below the cutter blade, very awkward and if the item you are cutting is not on that ledge, it jams. Using a sabre saw with a fine blade may be easier and more accurate. I would return this Worx cutter if I could, it's not worth the money. I've had better and still looking. Today, I used this cutter to cut up a couple of Amazon boxes and put it down and used the good old box knife - zip, done - no jamming.
Question:	would it cut 1/16 or 1/8 plexglass and are they clean cuts
Answer:	No. To cut plexglass, you need to score it with a sharp knife, elevate the piece and snap the plexglass. Hold half of it with the left hand and push down with the right hand - something like cutting glass

Answer:	That's what's it's best at. We have to trim delivery boxes to fit the recyle bin and this cuts through them like a hot knife through butter. No cords in the way, no batteries to buy. Just recharge over night and your good to go. I don't have to worry about slicing a finger off or sharpening old blades. I bought an extra blade to use when the other needs sharpening but so far It's still cutting like a champ with the original. Paper by it's nature is abrasive and this product lives up to it's hype and then some. I cut up boxes all week and I'm really glad I purchased it. Fairly light weight, fits the hand very well and holds a charge along time. What's not to like? I'm almost 70 and my hands get sore fast with a regular boxcutter so I love mine!

Question:	How long does the 20V 27w battery comes with the product last for working
Answer:	Mine comes with 20v(1.5amp) battery. Does not run very long especially when cutting thick materials. So if you are using it to cut thick or alot of materials i suggest you get the 4amp ones. Think of it as if you're going to be outdoors hiking whole day you'll need at least 1 gallon of water but if you're indoors doing only paperwork then maybe a quarter gallon is more than enough.
Question:	How many amp hours is the battery
Answer:	Research online netted the following info: This 20 Volt Max Lithium Battery has an amp hour rating of 4.0 vs our previous models (2.0 and 1.5 amp hour rating). The amp hour rating measures how much energy can be stored in the battery (energy capacity). The 20V Worx 4.0 Ah battery (WA3578) can hold twice the amount of energy as previous models (WA3525). Answer:	Extremely long for it weight (it very light). I cut the concrete wall, for one charge was was spoiled two-tree saw blades. Around 30 minutes of really hard work.

Answer:	As u all know with any brand , dewalt , Milwaukee. Even the high end tools only last 15 min with that amp of battery. I cut a piece of 5 inch angle iron and from full charge to dead was 7 minutes and did not complete the task. So up the amp hours or have of these small ones on hand to complete a task. This tool is good for the average homeowner woth short simple task. I habe it to my dad and purchased a dewalt which I have a lot of this brand already. Again Milwaukee is as good as dewalt . Answer:	No. Two different batterry size/shape/charge systems. While Worx batteries/tools/chargers are interchangeable that is only within the same voltage 'system'. So the 18v batterry won't fit the 20v charger. So make sure to stay within the same voltage system as much as possible, because they often have the same tool (type) in more than one voltage. (This is based on pictures of the batteries. I only have the 20v system.)

Question:	How much power does this have compared to dewalt or bosch and what is the typical battery life under heavy use
Answer:	This model is rated at 310 in-lbs of torque at 400 rpm. Dewalt's DCD995/990 is rated at 708 in-lbs at 450 rpm (faster and stronger). The Dewalt is also capable of up to 2000 rpm vs. the WORX's 1500 rpm. However, Dewalt's $100 model (DCD771) is less than half as powerful as their flagship, but still slightly more powerful than the WORX. Having said that, the WORX should be more than powerful enough to do most things around the house (if that's what you're using it for). 310 in-lbs is a lot of torque. You only need around 75 in-lb to drive deck screws. But these days I've discovered than an impact driver is far better at driving screws because you don't have to put nearly as much pressure on the head of the screw. Impact drivers are far more powerful (1850 in-lbs).

Answer:	Used it with my Kreg setup with no problem, unit is easy to handle and more then powerful enough

Answer:	Usually "bare tool" is specified when you order without batteries or charger and use with another WORX tool that uses the same battery. I do not believe this tool is available that way as of yet. My tool came with two batteries, a charger and several 1/4" drive bits.

Answer:	The shears connect to the pole. There is a slide button on top of the handle of the pole that you push forward. Then squeeze the grip under the pole handle to keep the shears running. It works great. I love mine and use it all the time. No more bending over and it truly is a back saver!

Answer:	It comes with a battery charger. You disconnect the battery and place it on the charger for 4-5 hours. They sell a separate quick charger that can charge 2 batteries in 2 hours. I love that I can swap the batteries between our various worx tools!
Question:	How hard is it to assemble
Answer:	It’s not hard at all. The only two things to assemble are the front guard and the handle that goes right behind it. The guard snaps in place, and the handle you snap in place and secure with the 2 screws that are supplied with the trimmer. The handle will only fit on the trimmer one way as the two ends will only match with the unit in one direction. The same is true with the guard.
