Question:	Does This work on curved shaft echo 225 as well
Answer:	I’m not real sure, after looking at pictures of the gh900 . if your current head connects to shaft with a bolt then it might. But I’m not 100% sure.
Question:	How do you take off old trimmer head from trimmer
Answer:	Check for proper fitting on the Echo website - https://www.echo-usa.com/Products/Accessories/Trimmer-and-Brushcutter-Accessories/Heads/Speed-Feed-400. Scroll down to "Specifications," then "Model Fit Up." It works for so many brands and models. That's what I did to confirm if it would work for me. I hope it does for you because this product is awesome! I just refilled it for the first time this weekend, and it probably took 3 mins from the time I cut the string and loaded it.
Question:	Didn't come with adaptors. Doesn't fit shaft. Where do I get them
Answer:	I had no problem attaching it to my Stihl FS110. So I’d think it would fit the rx

Answer:	The Dewalt 40 volt trimmer requires removal of the factory stock adapter then whichever adapter fits the stock threaded shaft is the one you use. I installed it on my Dewalt 40 volt string trimmer and it works great.

Answer:	There’s a hole just below the head that you stick a pin punch into to lock the shaft from turning and then unscrew the old head. There’s a YouTube video you can go to to see this operation.

Answer:	On the web I see that some Makita models have M8 X 1.25 LH threads, and some have M10 X 1.25 LH like the Speed Feed you'll have to check your model to make sure before buying you have an M10 X1.25 LH threads on your unit.

Question:	Is this made China
Answer:	David - I am not certain but I believe that it is. It is NOT the Echo named brand Speed Feed head but mine worked fine. Just make sure that you have a left-handed application because this unit does NOT come with any adapters to retro-fit the item to another machine that may be different. The Speed Feed branded ones, that you can buy on Amazon or at the big box stores cost about 3X but they do some with adapters to use the unit in lost of different applications. OLD Echo machines are NOT left handed - but I had some parts from one I bought at a big box store that allowed me to retro fit this one to the machine I was refurbishing. This one worked fine for me, and I would buy it again.

Answer:	I bought for an ECHO trimmer but it comes with different size nuts, I don’t know if it’s going to fit a Sthil but I’m sure it’s got to say on the description of it. Sorry if my answer is not what you were expecting.
