You may need to adjust the carburetor idle speed. Before any adjustments are made, make sure that the air filter is clean and the air filter cover is fitted. The idle speed is set to 2200 rpm in the factory. If it seems off, use the adjustment screw at the upper edge of the carburetor to adjust the idle speed. Check your user manual for more detailed instructions. When you do start it, don't forget to turn the throttle flipper on the handle to start. I did not the first time and it wouldn't start. :-), but mine starts very well.

Answer:	The bulb is about half an inch wide and half an inch high. The bottom ring is 1/16 shy of an inch. I hope this helps.
