Answer:	Mine just sprang a leak as well; purchased in late April of 2020. I am the only one who uses it, I always drain the water and store properly, it does not come in contact with anything that could cause a leak, particularly as this hole is near the top of the hose that connects to the outside faucet. It is past my return date window. I can not find any info on the guarantee from this company either - it is one big circle of clicking - no website. Very disappointing. Not a cheap hose............I love everything about it except that it only lasted less than 4 months. If anyone has info on who to contact please post.

Answer:	I use it that way all the time.
Question:	Have you tried rolling this on a hose reel? Does this make a difference with it's supposedly non-kinkyiness
Answer:	I have owned a 50ft for about 6 years. Never had any problems with it. On a hose reel I would roll it up pressurized. It will be easier to handle because it dosen't want to twist, it will remain straight easier. Also rolling it up unpressurized it will flatten out on the reel. So next time you turn it on it can't expand properly and could restrict flow. They make some good air hoses to.
Question:	How much does the 100' hose weigh? One description lists an item weight of 7 pounds and a shipping weight of 15.3 pounds
Answer:	100' is 16 pounds, 75' is 12 pounds and 50' is 9 pounds. Definitely about the lightest weight hose you can find. Gatorhide is a very similar hose with similar weights. They feel deceptively light weight. The great thing about these hoses is they almost absolutely never kink when they are under full water pressure. Well, they do, but because of the rubbery construction the water pressure pops the kink out by itself in about 1/4 second or so. You wouldn't even know the hose kinked if you blinked. I have a business soft washing dirty roofs, houses and building exteriors and my employees and I absolutely love this hose.

Answer:	It is better for spraying flower pots and easy things like that. It springs back, so oscillating sprinkler may be tough.

〖Attention〗



Why the hose spouts small leaks along the entire length? This is caused by leaving the hose under pressure and out in the hot sunshine. Doing this WILL ruin the hose. Leaving any garden hose under pressure while in the sun, will ruin the hose over time. Just turn the hose off at the building and be sure that the sprayer is open just slightly. Don't have to roll it up and put it away each time, just relieve the pressure.

Answer:	Same asking here. Mine was not just leaking. the latex core was totally broken and disconnected in the middle while the out layer is still intact. Water all leaked out in the middle and no water coming out from the head. It is only in use for 2 months.

Answer:	It has done well so far for me, but we have not had a very cold winter this year in the south. However, beware, I ignored the reviews that warned about kinking and should have listened. This hose kinks terribly and I would not buy it again, even if it holds up in cold weather.
