| Answer: | The BOV is very easy to adjust. I would recommend playing by ear. Start with the top knob rotated all the way counter clockwise while still covering oring. The valve should be open and venting all boost to atmosphere at idle. Then give it throttle to see if the valve closes. Keep turning counter clockwise until the valve successfully closes as soon as you give throttle but also opens right as you let off throttle. If it will not close, or the valve is not crisp enough, unscrew the top, add a washer and start adjustment process over. Once you think you have it where you want at idle, take it on the road listening for when it opens and closes in real driving conditions. Adjust to your liking. Then as the springs break in, continue to adjust to keep the valve how you want it. |
