Answer:	Yes it is you have to download ROG Armoury for the mouse. I have my dpi button bound to the "T" key and the other button on the side of the mouse is bound to a different key. I wish I could give you more information but you just have to tinker around with the software to figure it out. Answer:	I have not used them outside. I use them for chair weaving. It is metal and over time outdoors very likely will rust.
