I'm 5' 8" and I have average length calves - when I buy boots, the only issue I ever have is that my calves are muscular so sometimes boots don't zip up, but the height is never an issue. I love these socks. I've tried others, and these are much softer and easier to wear, especially with boots! I'd say go with medium or large; either way you'll be very happy |

Your manual should tell you what the manufacturer's belt number is. You can cross reference this at V-Belt Supply.com. If you don't have the manual and the numbers are worn off the original they may still be able to help you or you may be able to find the manual online you going to Swisher and put in your model number. There may be more than one belt based on year of manufacture. (My Cub Cadet has three different belts available based on year of manufacture.). So you need to do some research. |

When I had to go to more compressive socks 30mg to 40mg, the best I could find were the CompressionZ. I have been wearing them for about 1 year. They are a booger to get on or off but such is the nature of 30-40mg compression socks. There aren't many players in this range. |

I am in their "Large" category (shoe size 10 and calf size 15), but I order down to their "medium" size. However, even it comes up over my knee and i have to roll the top over to wear it. I'm 5'7" tall and have a pretty average build. These socks must be made for really tall people and the models they use must be well over 6' tall. So, if you are a tall person, they may fit according to their sizing chart, but for the average person, no. I strongly suggest that the manufacturer incorporate calf length into their sizing chart, as a few of the other manufacturers do. |
