Answer:	Mineralization of soil/rock and size of the nugget are what determines depth. The Fisher Gold Bug 2 is the most sensitive detector made to the smallest gold nuggets able to find them sizes smaller than a pepper seed but only a few inches at best. A nugget the size of a quarter probably closer to a foot depending on soil conditions and skill of the operator. A nugget the size of your fist much deeper.

Answer:	The backing is translucent or semi-transparent in the color of your choice. I have an aqua colored cover with a silver backing on the iPad. The back looks aqua colored, just a little less vibrant than the front.

Answer:	Mine fits perfectly. Are you sure you have the one for the correct year? I’d exchange it.

Answer:	On my case the only magnets seem to be on the first and fourth folds of the front cover. They are powerful enough for it to snap into the triangle shape for the stand. When I stand the mini in either the flat or upright position, it stays there firmly, so the manufacturer of this one probably didn't think it needed a magnet on the back of the case. I had read reviews of other cases where a too-powerful magnet, placed in a bad spot, would turn the mini on and off at weird times, but this case doesn't do that. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes it does, I upgraded from my mini to a retina and just swapped the case from one to the other. It snapped right in. I've had this Khomo case on my previous generation iPad since the original mini came out. I love this case. The difference between the two iPads is .1 mm depth. That is about the thickness of a sheet of paper. Fits fine.
