Answer:	The engine is branded "Viper" and appears to be a Chinese copy of a Honda OHV engine without Honda's lean-run issues. It has an actual choke (no priming required) and a hand operated throttle. Like an old B&S engine, it can be idled down where you can almost count the engine firing. Overall a much better engine than the typical "CAB" certified engine. In addition, it uses a centrifugal clutch so the engine can run without the blade turning.

Answer:	Hi Nancy. This model has 2 strings. It comes with our T25 Professional Tap Advance trimmer head that features an easy-to-reload spool that comes off with the cap, eliminating the need to turn the trimmer upside down to reload the line. The spool has a split design that reduces tangling and line welding, and has arrows to show the correct directional winding of the line to eliminate guesswork. The spool has two key slots to lock the trimmer line in and keep it from unwrapping while putting the cap back on the trimmer head. The T25 holds .065”, .080” or .095” trimmer line and comes pre-wound with 0.095" TitaniumForce trimmer line. While you can buy large spools of trimmer line and reload it yourself, we also sell the T25 heads already pre-wound with line. Answer:	The Craftsman CMCST910M1 V20 Max String Trimmer, standing upright on the spool, measures 48 inches from the spool to the top of the battery and 61 1/4 inches maximum length extended. I'm 6' 1" and I do not have to bend down to use it.
Question:	I've had two (2) of this model trimmer in the last month and the line advance does not work. Is there a replacement head that uses pre-cut line
Answer:	Having exactly the same problem. Bought the unit brand new. The line advance button has never worked. So this is NOT a replacement cartridge problem. I sent a message to Craftsman Support several days ago on their support website - still have no reply. Now I am on hold listening to an endless piano concerto for the past 15 minutes. I'm sure I will be here for a while.

Question:	I lost my guard that goes around the chainsaw head dont ask me how but i did is there any way i can buy just that part or no
Answer:	The one I received has a metal connector, but it is not really necessary as there is a manual throttle control built on the Briggs. I have never needed much more than just above idle engine speed for the edger to perform well, and my neighbors part of the sidewalk was terrible when I first started edging
Question:	What's the best fule mix ratio for this product
Answer:	Yes this does have a manual throttle. I have seen the manual online if you search you can see it for yourself as well.
Question:	Is this item can be delivered in California
Answer:	It comes with 4 wheels. Front 2 are mounted essentially together. This unit is much more stable that a 3 wheeled version.
Question:	Will the extension pole work in conjunction with the hedge trimmer
Answer:	I have never owned a Troy Built 140 cc 4 cycle. But as to the merits of the McLane edger, my father gave me his old one, at the time he did it was about 25 years old. I had it for 26 years before it was stolen, and it was still going strong.

Not an easy answer to find (I've been looking for a while). But finally found it on Hurqvarna's web site. Haven't bought one yet so I can't tell you first hand. But take a look at: "The Husqvarna 128LD (and apparently the 128 CD)was built for the national retailers and designed to accept OTHER BRANDS of accessory attachments.
