Question:	There is a piece of plastic covering the transformer. Do I take it off or is it there for moister protection
Answer:	If you’re talking about the plastic piece over the screw-down terminals, it will flip out of the way so you can add or remove wires. Don’t remove it and make sure it’s in the down position to prevent anything from falling and bridging the terminals. If you are asking about the plastic wrap, take it off so the cooling fan can function.

Make sure the floatation switch is between 1.5 to 2 inches below the water and the atomizer is fairly level. My red light goes on when the water level gets too low.
