Answer:	I’ve had no problem with the focus on my ceiling... and I don’t think it is adjustable. Maybe there is a protective film covering the projector. You may have to return it.

Answer:	Assuming the clock can receive the signal from the US atomic clock, it should work in the mountains. The clocks have a time-zone setting on them.

Answer:	it is supposed to, but we would have to take it to another part of the house to pick up the radio signal. We just change the time zone back and forth from mountain time to pacific time. Much easier than resetting the clock every six months!

Question:	I've had this clock for a year now. The projection light will no longer stay permanently on - it used to. What's broken
Answer:	I can only say that we have had about 5 different Oregon Scientific RM 313 PNA self setting projection clocks and after about 6 months the projection light goes out and we have to re order another one because we don't know what to do about it.we also need an answer

Answer:	Pushing the alarm button once turns it off for the day. Pushing it twice turns the alarm off, period. (Look at the display & you can see the alarm is not set.) To set the alarm again, push the button. Look at the display, & the alarm will show as set.
Question:	Can the projection light be repaired
Answer:	I have no idea. I have had it several years and have never had a problem with it. My hunch is that it would cost more to repair it than to buy a new one, but that is just my quess.

Answer:	Yes, presuming that the batteries are in and working. When the electrical power goes off, the ceiling projection light goes off but the clock, face illumination and alarm still work.

Question:	Many travel alarms fold into a clamshell to protect the clock face from scratching during travel. Does this clock, folded, cover the LCD display
Answer:	No. You can see in the photo that the stand has an open area in the center. That opening leaves the digital display visible when the stand is in the closed position. The control buttons, however, ARE covered when the stand is flipped over the front. I suppose it could be considered unprotected in the closed position, but it is exactly what I needed for the application that prompted my purchase. It would be easy to slide a piece of thin protective cloth or other material between the stand and the face, if there is a concern about scratches during travel.
Question:	Can you set the time manually i.e. over ride the atomic feature
Answer:	Yes! In the normal mode, press and hold "CLOCK" key for 2 seconds until the time zone flashes. Press "UP" or "DOWN" key to set the desired time zone. Press "CLOCK" key again until the Year digit flashes and repeat the same operation that was used to change the time zone. Continue to press "CLOCK" until the calendar and time areas appear. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" until you reach the desired settings. Press and hold the "CLOCK" key for 2 seconds to save and exit the settings. You have manually set the clock. If you do not want to receive the radio signals that will automatic set the clock, there is a switch in the battery compartment on the right side that should be moved to the off position.

Answer:	Not sure I understand the last part of the question but they are light enough to wear under a cycling helmet. They are made of light, solid stretch fabric, and not a mesh fabric like other brands.

Answer:	I use a c-pap and bought these skull caps specifically to wear while sleeping. My c-pap gear mats my hair in a weird pattern so I wanted something to prevent that and this skull cap works for this purpose. Also, like you said, it helps to keep the c-pap straps from slipping. One thing to consider is that these are pretty big. I fold up the skull cap a bit on the back of my head, otherwise I'd have to wear it over my ears. It's not a problem for me though.

Question:	How do you get the time to display on the wall? When i replugged it in, the display only portrays onto wall a few minutes after pressing/holding alarm
Answer:	Absolutely. I've washed mine several times as I have pets (shedding). Also, because they are so lightweight, they tend to loosen up around the brim after a good stint of wearing and washing brings them back to the normal snug fit. I'm actually planning to buy a few more, a couple in different colors and then a couple more black ones so that when one is being washed, I will have a 'fresh' black one to wear as that is my go-to color.
Question:	Outdoor temp does not work. changed batteries . do I need a new unit or a new weather station
Answer:	It would depend on the type and strength of the hat clip. The material of the beanie is quite thin so an alligator clip might damage the beanie, especially if it gets moved around a lot.

Answer:	Hello, The atlas does not provide a wind gust reading but does provide a peak wind speed which is a rolling value showing the highest wind speed recorded over the past 60 minutes. This is displayed in the bottom right corner of the wind area on the display. Question:	Does the Atlas display wind chill as well as dew point
Answer:	Hello Lin/Jon, Yes, the Heat Index, Feels Like, and Wind Chill will show in the scrolling ticker in the upper right hand corner of the display. Question:	when will the lightning sensor be fixed? It shows 100's of lightning strikes when it sunny and clear, and I am using Alkaline batteries
Answer:	There is a wire routing issue in some early units that causes the asperating fan to activate the lightning sensor. I had to send mine in for it. It sucks to send it in, but they paid shipping and the fix is covered under warranty.
