Question:	Can i reset the comfort range? 79 degrees f is much too high to be comfortable imo
Answer:	Actually the temp does have a bearing on the comfort indicator as amorina states. It will need to be a minimum of 20 degrees and between 50 and 70% humidity to indicate as comfortable. I agree with you that this is a little high and perhaps 18 would be ok. Other sources state that 40% humidity is ideal so who knows!I think just go with what feels right. In answer to your question though unfortunately the comfort range can not be reset or altered.

Answer:	In China. I bought 3 of them, but don't find them useful. The setting for humid, dry, comfort is inaccurate for a relativity level reading in a home environment. At least in the Midwest region. They say 49% is dry when in fact it's too much for a home to carry, at least in the winter colder temps.

Answer:	This is probably too late to be of use to the original poster, but maybe it will help someone. I purchased mine in March of '17 and the unit just died on me this past weekend, I was still using the original battery. I changed the battery and the thermometer was still dead, but that's less than $10 for nearly 2 years of service on a single battery.

This unit does NOT have any calibration adjustment.

Answer:	The first part of your question is yes, it records the current temperature. The answer to the second part is no, it only gives the current temperature of the location it is placed; i.e., bedroom, den, bathroom, outside etc. It also gives the humidity.

Answer:	Just got mine and the humidity reads 7-10% low. I did the salt water calibration test twice and it never got over 65%. The hygrometer is useless.

Answer:	No, it does not. I find it to be quite accurate, though! I would imagine that you could just remove the battery and re-insert it to recalibrate. But manually, no calibration feature. I have baseboard heat with no thermostat so this really helps me know room temperature and humidity. Good product!

Answer:	Well, I know I've seen "dry" when it's reading under 47%. As for "wet", I can't say at what point it triggered. Only that a steamy bathroom after a shower got the "wet" environment alert at well over 70%.

I have been running 10 temp sticks on my app with ZERO issues... I have now attempted to add an 11th and 12th device and "BATTERY 0% - REPLACE BATTERY" is now shown in app for BOTH. This leads me to believe that an app is LIMITED to 10 devices. I have multiple devices in stock and have now tried 5 different devices. (All with same result) I then took it a step further and removed an existing device and "POOF" the device that was number 11 suddenly WORKS. (Battery 100%) I then attempted to re-install device 10 that was removed and "POOF" BATTERY 0% - REPLACE BATTERY. This proves to me that it is NOT the device but is in fact a LIMIT of 10 devices which can be monitored. Why then, does the temp stick website claim you can monitor UNLIMITED devices??! This is going to affect my recommendations drastically. NOT HAPPY.

Answer:	Very accurate same sensor used in Davis VP2 Pro stations. Temperature +/- (.36F) full scale, +/- (2%) humidity. Most SHT31's won't hit 100% humidity but neither will $800 Vaisala and why the NWS ASOS stations jumps to 100% when sensor reaches 98%.

Answer:	Not only can it be calibrated, it should be calibrated. Google the "salt test" for Hygromters. The salt test provides a reliable and reproducible 75% relative humidity to test the accuracy of your hygrometer. Mine was 14% off, but spot on after calibration with the salt test.

Question:	Does the HIGH/LOW reset automatically? I need one that doesn't reset until I reset it
Answer:	It uses three 12 hour time blocks (36 total hours) per the 7/19/16 response and automatically resets. This screws up being able to determine the 24 hour hi-lo I was used to with another model. I much prefer the one that auto resets every 24 hours from battery insertion. On the latter, by inserting the batteries at midnight, a daily hi-lo was always available. With the 36 hour look-back this daily Hi-Lo feature is totally useless IMO.

Answer:	You might want to check out my review of this product (written 11/17/15). I bought 3 of these, compared them to each other for accuracy in temp and humidity and gave detailed results. Overall summary is, 2 of the units were pretty good with both humidity & temp accuracy (most likely acceptable for most people's use), the 3rd monitor was not. It's a crap shoot as far as getting one that's in the satisfactory range of accuracy for both readings, I think.

Answer:	Sorry for the late reply. Yes, you can use your hotspot in an RV to monitor temperature. And please be kindly noted that Govee Home is a smart functional APP with low-battery alarm, easy setting and data sharing(LOG IN SAME ACCOUNT). When the battery is ready to run out, the APP will alarm to remind you replace the battery. Answer:	This is a nice little product (and I am very happy with it), however, the way it works is very unclear. After playing with it for a few frustrating hours, here are a few tips that may help others: Unlike a lot of other devices, the only way to send info to the device is with Bluetooth. That is why you need to be connected via Bluetooth to a) set up the device, and b) to get real-time (instant) data (temp and humidity) from the device. Once you have connected to your WiFi network, you can access data (temp and humidity) when you are out of Bluetooth range over WiFi (or you turn Bluetooth off on your phone), with the following limitations: 1) The data is not "real-time". The device can only send data to (not receive from) Govee's servers (the app retrieves this data from the servers), and it only does so at either 10 minute or 30 minute intervals, depending on how you set the device up. The reason for this limitation is twofold: 1) The app cannot send a "request for update", since the the design is such that sending data from the app over to the device over WiFi is not possible, and 2) even though it would be technically possible for the device to be constantly sending data (temp and humidity) to the server, it would drain the device's batteries very quickly. When your phone is out of Bluetooth range (or you turn Bluetooth off on your phone), the app will show the following cryptic message: "It may affect the reception and synchronization of the data if the Bluetooth doesn't be turned on". What this message should say is "The device must be connected via Bluetooth for setup and to receive real-time data." When setting up your WiFi network on the device, after you select the network and enter your WiFi password, and press done, a message will display (briefly) in the lower portion of the screen. If WiFi setup was successful, the message will say "Succeed to connect WiFi". What is should say is "WiFi connection successful". The WiFi indicator on the main screen is also somewhat confusing. Whereas the Bluetooth symbol is only shown when the device is connected via Bluetooth, and the Battery indicator shows the correct battery charge, for some reason the WiFi indicator is always on, whether or not the device is connected to a WiFi network. As far as I can tell, there is no way to know if the device is connected via WiFi, other than to turn tour phone's Bluetooth off and see if the temp and humidity get updates every 10 or 30 minutes (depending on your setting). I hope this helps at least a few people with this very nice device.

1. For the Alarm and Alert Function, the phone will receive a push message when the data exceed the setting value and the exceeded value will be alerted in red colored words and red graph on your phone app.

2. If you cannot connect your device to your home WiFi network, it could be one of following issues:

1) Wrong password. Make sure that you entered the correct WiFi network password and try again.(Pleasenote capital letters and blank.)

2) Is your router compatible? If your router is a dual-band router, for the first time setup, please make sure your smartphone and the H5051 device are both connected to the same 2.4 GHz WiFi network, otherwise you will not be able to connect the device and your smartphone. Please kindly note that the H5051 device cannot connect to a 5Ghz network（NOT SUPPORT 5G WIFI). Temporarily switch off the 5 Ghz network on the router to connect the device to 2.4Ghz network. Afterwards you can switch on the 5 Ghz network again. after connection, you can remotly monitor the temperature and humidity on your smartphone APP from anywhere.

3) Check the signal strength of the WiFi. If the WIFI signal is too weak, the device cannot connect properly. Move the device closer to the router to make sure that a good WiFi signal is available.

3. Normally the battery can work about 3 months. If you had used the device for about 3 months, the device can't connect with WIFI, please kindly try replacing the batteries to re-connect the device with WIFI.
