Get an accurate barametric pressure reading from your weather service or airport. 2. Turn the adjustment screw, if you need to, to the barometer to the reading of your weather station. 3. There are two needles. One that automatically follows the changes in atmospheric pressure while the other one remains fixed until moved by hand. 4. Set the movable dail by hand to coincide with the needle marking the current pressure. 5. Watch for the needle that follows the pressure changes to move up or down from that fixed point. Tap the barometer lightly before taking the reading. 6. Compare the readings to the weather reports and other reports of barometric pressures in your area to confirm the accuracy of your unit. You can set it up to automatically switch control between the thermostat and the sensor at certain times of day. Here’s how I use it: our thermostat is on the main level, the sensor is in our bedroom. If we heat the main level to 70 degrees, the upstairs bedroom will be about 75. I have the app set to start using the bedroom sensor at 9:00pm so the bedroom won’t be so hot when we go to bed. First of all, you need to long press the “SET/C/F” button while looking at the screen, the flashing "OFF" will on the screen, which means the key tone OFF. You can select "OFF" or "ON" by pressing the "CH/▲","MEM/▼" button. After selecting, continue to press the “SET/C/F” button to enter the next setting. The order of setting is Key tone OFF/ON, Year, MD/DM, Month, Date, Weekday Language, 12/24H, Hour and Minute. Every setting, the data will flash and you can selet it by pressing "CH/▲","MEM/▼" button. And press the “SET/C/F” button again to confirm and go to the next setting. |
