We have about the same weather as you here in Ohio. The poppy seeds are best sown at temps of 55 - 65F (they need these cooler temps to germinate, not warmer) so you would want to spring sow them. Poppies also reseed heavily, so will re-sow themselves for new plants in their place the following year. |
