Answer:	Use the fuzzy side first. It is not as cold. If that is too cold then put a paper towel or cloth napkin or hand cloth between it and your skin. It sounds as if you should also start using Trace Minerals Research "Mega Mag" Liquid Ionic Magnesium Chloride since your nerves are oversensitive. Also having headaches is an indication that you have too much calcium in the cells in your head (dura) and neck where headaches occur. Magnesium supplementation with a well absorbed magnesium chloride like "Mega Mag" will help calm the nerves and lessen the occurrence of headaches and also make your temperature sensing nerves less sensitive, so this wrap will not feel too cold. Answer:	It is very easy to adjust if your head size is standard. I wear a size 8 hat, and this doesn't work for me, but I wasn't surprised by that. Answer:	I did end up attaching to my kitchen cabinet but with a small screw. Problem with velcro is that when you add the weight of the pot to the weight of the soil to the weight of the plant. And after all that you have to consider the weight of the water when you water the plant. I have used velcro to hang things on my fridge and no matter how industrial the manufacturer claims the product to be, over time they've all failed the weight test. Just use a small screw and a washer if you need it to have a larger head. You can always use wood filler in the end.

Answer:	They seem secure enough for a small plant. I currently have 6 of them in use with soil/succulent for an outdoor wall planter. A couple weeks ago we had a few days of pretty high winds. I was sure that I would be seeing my pots on the floor come morning, but they survived. I would think having them inside would be even safer.

Answer:	Any 4” diameter pot will work. I had ceramic ones that I spray painted white. Hope this answers your question.
