Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. We have self-tapping screws and one inch expansion screws. You only need to punch holes with a professional drill and then you can install the hooks on the tiles.

Question:	Will these plant hooks work on a ceiling with known down to hang a plant. Will I need to find a stud
Answer:	They are heavy unto themselves....a stud would be mandatory. One problem though. The distance between the two screw holes on the wings is two inches. Studs are 1 3/4 thick. You would not get a grip on the stud as you would miss the stud entirely, and if you offset one I would consider it to be very risky. Myself I would not do it. We have geranium baskets in our two and Im guessing wet they weigh 20 pounds and the brackets hold well as designed. I ordered the other brackets, two to a package, and sent them back because the distance between the two wing holes was not enough, in my opinion, to hold well in a wind. You might want to look at them if your load is silk plant or some other light load. Im guessing the holes are good for a two by four on those hangers.

You push the hinge part into the hole end side first. Holding on to the screw end, allowing the hinged piece to get into the hole far enough to open like an umbrella. Pull Down on the screwed end and screw on the hook. While pulling down the hinged part will hold on to the ceiling (inside) to allow you to tighten the screw. Then, mount cross bracket to placard. Note: bottom screw will will go through cross bracket, placard, drywall and into stud. This should provide plenty of stregth to fully support your bells.
Question:	Can this be attached to a PVC fence securely
Answer:	Depends on how sturdy your PVC fence is and how much weight you are hanging. My initial thought, since I am very familiar with PVC is that even if it seems sturdy at first, over time, w/heavy weight (say more than 20 lbs, it will pull fence out of alignment. Would suggest that you put a 4x4 in Front of fence and put the hangar on that.

Answer:	They are light weight. My wife though, put som 10” baskets on them and they hold just fine.
