Answer:	It can. It depends on which watch face you choose. There are 4 different choices and at least on of them shows seconds digitally and another is a clock face showing them with a second hand.

Answer:	Yes, it should be able to pair in that condition. However, if you setup multiple pairings on your watch (i.e. iphone & iPad), and both are in range with bluetooth radios on, it will sync to only one of the two.

Answer:	The wings on the baby bugs spin in a circular motion, however they are stationary on the pole and do not spin like a weather vane.

Answer:	The wheels have white dots for the starting petal. I did not glue mine. It worked best if I inserted 1 leg, stretched the other leg to line up and get started, backed out the first leg a little, pushed in the 2nd one, then pushed in the first one the rest of the way. The last 2 petals were tough but I managed to get the entire thing assembled in less than 10 minutes.
Question:	Will this help deter birds from eating garden plants

Question:	Does this deter iguanas from balcony
Answer:	There is no tail on this one. It does not rotate from side to side in the wind. It stays facing the same direction the whole time, and the 3 wheels spin independently of one another, alternating between clockwise and counterclockwise spinning.
Question:	How many come in a package
Answer:	This fiberglass pole is just under 6mm. There is a cap at the end that makes it 8mm but you can remove it if needed. Thanks! Kite Garden
Question:	How could this be attached to a patio railing
Answer:	Yes it does, you just poke the stake into the ground to secure it, it works pretty well however the wings pop off a lot.
Question:	Does this fold down or compress for storage
Answer:	You have to change the direction that you insert the wings. If you insert them backwards or in reverse position, the wings will hit the pole.
